How about the Warriors as well switching gear in the 3rd quarter, outscoring the Clippers 42-16 and then somewhat let go of the pedal but still a decent win in the 4th, 28-19. And so the Clippers is still win less when the acquire Westbrook.

That's twice now.
They did it too against the Portland Trail Blazers scoring 39 versus 17 in the 3rd quarter. The Warriors are feeling the chemistry once again and I love how Klay is trying to be more competitive too. I watched the whole game, I saw him everywhere, he does the points, rebounds, and making plays. That's the classic Klay Thompson that we once knew before he was injured and it's all coming back now.
Jordan Poole still has some polishing to do but he is doing well on the offensive end.
I didn't like how Coach Ty Lue already waved the white flag with 7 minutes remaining in the game but when I saw their schedule, I did understand. The Clippers have a game tomorrow GMT+8/later for ET versus the Sacramento Kings. They will need all their energy if they are aiming to snatch the win on the road.

Yes, and we really love to see the Warriors playing at their homecourt because it really bring the best out of them. And most of the time when you think that they are going to lose because their opponent has a huge lead on them, they have that confident to make a huge comeback in the 3rd quarter to turn the game around.

As for the Clippers, if Kawhi will take a sit against the Kings, then their chances are very slim to win that game in my opinion.

When Durant and Booker play together, the Suns can win the match very easily. Against the Hornets, I think they were pretty good. It's just that Durant's injury would be pretty bad for the team, that's what scares me. If he doesn't lose his health, the Suns could have a huge success in the playoffs this year.
Durant has been a pretty good basketball player for this team. I hope they get used to the team soon and they can play better together

To say it would be "easy" for the Suns to always win with Durant and Booker playing together will be subjective.

It's not that this team is 100% unbeatable even if Durant is added to their roster.

Obviously, other teams will also do some adjustments as they know they are dealing with a new Phoenix Suns.

Durant is no doubt an added boost to the Suns and the fact that this team can advance to playoffs prior to when they acquired Durant, makes them tougher to beat by any team. But honestly, even without injuries that will happen during the playoffs, always remember that sometimes,  sh*t happened in the middle of the series.

Of course, it is not possible to become a champion with only 1 or 2 players, it is very difficult to play at playoff pace. Durant is not a player who can make the team champion on his own, but he is one of the names that can produce the highest numbers in the teams he is in.
We have seen that even very good teams are eliminated very quickly in the playoffs, we can see very different results from the regular season

You should've watched how they are defending him now. Leaving him completely open at 3point range(since he shoots fairly low percentage) and just crowd the paint. With lower confidence, he's not even shooting the ball for 3 pt range, he is just trying to drive in and hopefully create space for an open teammate. It's kinda sad to see what has come of Westbrook, all I ever known of him is as "Westbeast" if you still go through his highlights, it still looks freakishly athletic. Which is no longer possible like it used to be. It kinda feels like how Rose faded away but without the injuries on Westbrook's case. It's the case with most athletic players though. You have to learn to shoot when your athleticism isn't the same or be chucked out of the league. Vince Carter comes to mind, who transitioned fairly well.

Clippers are performing badly consistently. They have lost quite a few matches one after another. They don't have any players who is performing well constantly for them as well. Overall the team is not working perfectly.

The Lakers actually have a chance. The chance is very slim. But it is still there. Personally, I do not think they will actually be able to make it to the playoffs.

Bulls did win the last match. But again it comes down to consistency. I don't think they are actually consistent enough. But of course, it is better than having six defeats in a row.

Looking at their most recent games, even without Lebron and with these players, they can manage to have those wins. It's just the setup that they need to come along with.

They know that they're on the bad side and that's why they're eager to win more up to the point that even Lebron isn't going to be with them inside the ring.

What's going on with Ja Morant?  He signed that huge Powerade contract, and now there's rumors he's suspended secretly from the NBA for his recent behavior which includes allegedly beating up a mall security officer and that's after the slightly older incident that he's still fighting where he's accused of beating up a minor while playing pickup basketball.  I have a feeling Ja Morant is going to be his own worst enemy.

I don't know about that curse but it's hard to deny that since Westbrook's arrival, the LA Clippers is now crumbling into pieces and it's like they doesn't know what do anymore as Kawhi missed many opportunities and then PG played much lesser minutes mainly today when he didn't get back on the much needed 4th quarter win to end the day in their favor.

Of course, the Clippers' current losing streak is not good at all, and they urgently need to make adjustments since the end of the regular season is only a short time away. Ironically, it may seem as if Westbrook brings bad luck to any team he plays for, but I think that's just a coincidence, and we shouldn't make any premature conclusions about whether the Clippers or any other team will need him after this season or not.

Milwaukee Bucks have won 16 games in a row, isn't it impressive? They passed Celtics and came out on top in the Eastern Conference. They were winning games even when Antetokounmpo was gone, they started to win much more easily when he came back. They seem to be the most ready team for the playoffs for now.

That will be a big problem if that happens because the Suns have no longer good bench players left to substitute whenever they need some because the Suns traded them just to acquire KD to their roster. We all know that KD's presence will certainly enhance the teams chance but at this rate, the team might be seeing a replay of what happened to themselves in the recent playoffs if ever KD will get sidelined again because of an injury during the playoffs.

But if KD will be fortunate enough to finish the whole post-season without any harm, I'm sure that the Suns will reach much further and let's expect that. What we saw in the game earlier was just a teaser, that was the Suns who are still adjusting and when they find the rhythm which I'm positive they will, the league better be prepared.

I mean you can say that about any teams superstar.  If giannis goes down then yeah they will get booted, embid, jokic ,etc.  That's why Suns traded who they did for him.  If he goes down then yeah it will be rough for the sums just like if any teams superstar goes down for a significant time.

Not really mate because there are some teams that even contains superstars but are not that reliant, let's take for example the teams you've mentioned. Bucks and Nuggets without Giannis and Jokic respectively are still a strong team, and positive enough to threaten any team that they will face. But for the Sixers? I'm not really convinced about that team as even having Embiid, the team is still shaking, what more if he'll suffer an injury. To me, the Sixers are just like the Suns, I know that some might argue with me about it but that's my perspective towards the named team.

PG and Kawhi are not that efficient enough since the trade, I don't what is the reason but I could definitely tell that there's some changes.

To early to say that, they just won a game after a roller coaster ride with no telling if they can win the past games. The Chicago Bulls needs to be consistent about it and they need to solve their problem in the roster as even if DeRozan and LaVine is healthy, they are still struggling to keep up.

Is Kawhi still on load management? I am under the impression that he is going full time right now because of their position in the west. They will need to win games in order to get back to their former ranking after a 4 game losing skid. Without Kawhi, it would be hard to beat the Kings on their home.

That would be bad for the Lakers. They are trying to make a push to get into the playoffs but without 1 of their stars, it will be hard for the Lakers to win the games they needed. Maybe against weaker team, a Lebron-less Lakers will still pull a win, but it will hard if they face stronger teams. Lakers will be needing his service against the teams Mavs, Warriors, Memphis or Knicks. These are some of the teams they will face in the next 7 games.

It's a good point there is a life span to his style of play.  He still has plenty in the tank but he isn't going to transition into a long range shooter he is and always has been a slasher.  I loved his game in his prime.  His driving to the paint and just dunking on anyone was great to watch.  In his prime he was a triple double machine and was unguardable.  I'm hoping the Clippers works out for him.  Dude always played hard.

The fact that D'angelo Russell, Anthony Davis and Lebron James were all missing and yet somehow Lakers managed to get a win is incredible.

Sometimes we get these from the teams that we follow.

Like what happened on Dallas, there's only Kyrie and then managed to win games without having Luka on his side and then when they've played together, they've got losses instead.

There really are instances like this and that's good for them to see that they go well without their superstars and I know what they feel by having that.

When your stars are all playing there is pressure on the other players to get the ball to those stars. When the stars are out, your younger guys get a chance to make some plays. No pressure as far as feeling like they must pass to the star.

That intimidation from the current roster and those players that are just there to support to the stars, they would do their role for the team and how they're instructed it to be done.

But when these stars are out, it's like a show time to them and they are like animals that have been out of their cages and that's how of these reserve and bench players do get discovered.

I can't really say that I totally expected that outcome because at the back of my mind, it's hard to disregard that the Lakers are much more vulnerable in that game because there was no LeBron and Davis on the court to help them and lift the team whenever they needed it. But it shows that they can still manage well and the absence of both superstars gave Schroder a moment to gain another experience that will help him to be more confident during clutch time or intense games especially if they can participate in the play-in.

Now, if the Lakers manage to maintain a great consistency of victories with or without LJ and AD, that will be a good sign (which in my opinion this could happen).
The Lakers will do anything to get a seed in these playoffs!

Tomorrow they will play against the Timberwolves, it will be an interesting game to watch, as Minnesota is in a similar position to the Lakers in the championship, I have no doubt that this victory will be important for both teams
