He has good stats this season, but not sure if the impact is still the same compared to when he was still with the Warriors. This guy is really good, he is a hall of Famer but the injury problem is a big hindrance to his success.

Nets not only will struggle this season , but what about next season ? is Durant gonna stay ? or he will request a trade as well ? because golden era of nets was a complete failure in my opinion as they have the best transfers in 2021 , just to have 2 season in a row without achieving at least 1 NBA finals.

That's the problem. Both of the players are ball-dominant so it's making me curious on how these 2 players will jive with each other.

We've seen Russel Westbrook and James Harden played with each other in Houston and back at that time, both of them are ball-dominant especially Harden which is the focal person of the Rockets at that time. What happened to their duo? It failed big time. Same with Russ and Melo when both are in Thunder. I'm not being pessimistic and I always believe that in times like this, adjustments for both players is a must. Let's just see maybe how they will play with each other. It's very exciting for sure how they will be in the same court as teammates.

Cavs probably don't care if they get something from trading him. I don't really know a team that would need him right now. Maybe he can find some place to play abroad or just retire after his contract expires this season. He had a good run and achieved something most players in the league will never get so it's probably a good time to move on.

That's sad news. Maybe Lebron would want his brother beside him, even for just being a bench player.
I am not even sure what team would want him so this is not a good move from the Cavaliers. That's a champion with veteran experience that would be helpful for Allen and Mobley. And just because they have Dean Wade back after recovering from his injuries doesn't mean there won't be a use for Kevin Love. He seems to have done a great help whenever they are undermanned, it's just that he wasn't able to get more minutes when the roster was healthy again.

I am one of those guys that don't like Kyrie Irving. He is a talented athlete but he is so toxic and I really think he is not worth it, especially when in tandem with another ball handler like Luka. His best years were only when he was in Cleveland. After that, he is either injured or he is busy spreading his toxicity when healthy. Good thing there's a link already detailing his ventures after his Cleveland days because I would've loved to post a brief summary of his failures, especially in Boston. The young Boston core performed well in the playoffs without Kyrie. I will never forget when 20 and 21-year-old rookies Tatum and Brown together with their young core Rozier and Smart plus veteran Al Horford iirc went unbeaten at home before that fateful conference finals game 7 loss to Lebron and the Cavs. In the next season's playoffs, toxic Kyrie choked as Boston was nearly shut out by Milwaukee in that series. And then comes next were his injuries and drama in Brooklyn.

Mark Cuban seems interested to host Kyrie's next drama series by letting go of Finney-Smith and a future 1st round draft pick. Maybe Cuban should also take the other Morris to complete his roster.

Truth is, even if Durant is healthy and not a fragile player that he became now, he's still cannot lift the team and that's already a fact. Remember that he couldn't have a ring back then until he came to the Dub Nation and things started to get easy for him as he got all the help he needed without worrying about their defense because Green was still at the height of his prime. Now, the Nets will start to crumble again because they freed another role player and it will take time before they can at least be one of the threats on the league.

On the bright side, those players that the Dallas Mavericks gave up are really not that consistent even last season and compare to Irving, the gap is really huge in terms of performance. As you said, it's worth a try, at least this season as Mavericks really badly need a consistent teammate to their main guy, Luka Doncic.

I've heard about the man's attitude problems, but never knew that it was really that bad honestly. I thought it was only some kind of a game thing wherein he sees himself putting in the work and the hours whereas his teammates never really put in the effort. Well hopefully he finds his jive in the Mavs with Doncic, and the spotlight Luka currently has will motivate him to play and perform well and set that toxicity aside. He's a very versatile player, and I'm sure the honchos in Mavs saw that too.

That is sad news for Kevin Love and at the same time an opportunity to go with the team that will likely has a huge chance of being a champion, Kevin Love has played for the Cleveland Cavaliers for I think 9 years. and pretty much he doesn't request something from them, right now since January 27 they are not using Kevin Love anymore, so since January 27 he is really out of the rotation he is just 34, but clearly he isn't playing like something that the Cavaliers would need, but maybe they are readying him for a trade,
