One thing im noticed this last season we have the PLAY IN format in regular season , its seems like a lot of teams who are in the 12/13 or already in the 11 spot didnt want to play the play in.

They keep "tanking", its sad to see that.

We've seen 4 players scored 20+ or more in the Warriors showing that they can still be a deadly team without their core players.

It's their system that gave them the win, when the star players are not playing, there's no star player in the court and anyone could shoot the ball so the ball movement is very efficient leading to more open shots. Or, my theory is the Heat may not play it seriously as they are too overconfident they could beat the short-handed Warriors.

Well, that is why Coach Steve Kerr is one of the best coaches of all time alongside Coach Spo and Coach Pop.
His system is a perfect fit for the whole Warriors team and it will continue to be like that as long as he is the head coach of the team.
 

I also like the system of Miami Heat but I don't see Butler to be a good leader of the team, for me, he doesn't have a killer instinct like Curry who can lead the team, Butler is just too soft being a star, that's why he was not able to stay in one team only.

I don't think he is a soft star, he just want to be the alpha of the team, and for me he has the killer instinct, we have seen in the bubble already. They give Lebron and AD everything they can handle in the finals.

Yeah, they were in the Finals but they were clearly dominated by the Lakers.
I can't even remember the series score but I think it's only 4-1 or 4-2.

One thing that I noticed though is that they are similar with the Jazz, too much fire power that it's hard to balance everything. Specially that Victor Oladipo is playing as well. So it will be hard for coach Spo to adjust with so many good to great players in his roster.

They have already made a good adjustment, and that's the reason why they are in the top spot now. But sometimes, player's ego kills the chemistry of the team and the leadership will be tested during the crucial time. Imagine, losing against the short handed Warriors, that must have been big for them.

Los Angeles Clippers are having a home game tonight against Philadelphia 76ers. And the favourite team by bookies are 76ers now in this game. Clippers are not having a good period of time recently and they lost their last four games. But 76ers are still doing great thanks to especially Embiid and Harden. But they are playing really good as a team too which is the most important point for a success. Clippers are still not having the kind of season they would like because some of their crucial players are injured. And I expect 76ers to win this game.

Well, there's still a play-in in this season as well and if these 11-13 spots which I see has potential to get the 10th spot will definitely need to work hard to get that. Though, I doubt as well if they keep on tanking, that's not really working it out. Seems both West and East play-in spot are just few wins away and it's close now that the season is about to end.

Lakers on the other hand would likely be getting this chance of a lifetime to get that spot and if they face off Pelicans, I think it's still doubtful if they can win, they just lost from their last battle. I think they need an 8th spot so that they still have a chance at the lower bracket in the play-in.

Pelicans should not be taken lightly, if they will play the Lakers, I might bet on the Pelicans as they have a solid lineup already. When CJ McCullum was added to the team, his contribution has been so solid and that's the reason why they are also winning games.

Well, at least the Heat have now improved as a team. They have Lowry, if Butler cannot carry the team in his shoulder, there's always one veteran would make the team still competitive at a high level. That's the reason why they signed Lowry, it's because of his playoff experience and he is also a one time champion.

Lowry can guide those young core of Miami, if Butler has an issue carrying the team Lowry can help.

Bam and the rest of the team were still there. They can all help each other to move forward. No need to limit the rotation, I know Coach Spoelstra will have a good strategy in case help or adjustment needs to be done inside the team.

They are the number now, they just need to work things out again and not to allow any possible issue to affect their performance.

I think it will be a matter of time before these people figure it out. All of the players on the team are dogs and are bound to have arguments when it comes to heated moments due to underperformance. Give it some time and it'll all resolve by itself.

I have faith in Spoelstra - he has got plenty of experience in these situations and he is poised and calm to take the reign.

Spoelstra can stand his ground, he stood his ground against Lebron that's why he still stay with the team and Lebron just left Miami because he could not make the management fired here (that was the rumor I know back then). So, no player could influence him, his work ethic is on a high level.

That is why I said I doubt in the first place. It's doubtful on me too.  And, yes the addition of McCollum was really the best thing Pelicans has done since he's been giving them some hope and his contribution is unmatch already even if he's still new to the team. Imagine if Zion was there, they might have been secured the 6th spot I guess.

If AD it's a whole new game.  Takes some pressure off lebron and can basically use russ as a reserve for the second team.  I don't think I could bet against lebron in a one and done.  During season yes but he reserves himself for the end of the year and post season.  Pels could definitely take them but I'd rather just be a spectator

Interestingly, Suns were good even when CP3 was missing. I mean they are on a 7 win streak right now, and have 9 wins in the last 10 games. Which is proof enough that even when CP3 doesn't play, or misses a lot of shots, or plays bad games, Suns other players are still great to cover that difference.

I am not saying that he is unimportant, of course he matters and he is a great veteran leadership on the court and a great mind, but he is not the make it or break it level of player. If he was gone, Suns wouldn't suddenly become a terrible team, he is not carrying them. He is valuable, but he is not the only player that matters on that team.

Surprised to see that CP3 is back, and his presence alone is enough for the underdog Suns to win a big games against the road. Yeah, he really did lead the team, when the Nuggets are trying to get back at the game in the 4th, he calm the team, and make it a slow game, which is very advantageous for him.

I didn't really see much difference in Sun's play during that period when he's sitting on the bench ot on the floor. It was Nuggets who commited many mistakes on both ends of the floor with slow defense and turnovers.

This season, I see that their chance to be back in the finals again are huge, not underestimating the other teams like the GSW, Nuggets and Dallas, but as a team, they are so consistent and they have the best chemistry IMO.

I watched Bulls - Pelicans game last night. It was head to head until third quarter but then Pelicans took the lead and didn't give any chance for Bulls to catch up. Zach LaVine had an impressive performance for Bulls but others didn't help much except Coby White. On the Pelicans side there was a team effort. Specifically Devonte' Graham and CJ McCollum carried the score but Valanciunas and even Alvarado helped them. Pelicans looked strong for Play-in, they are racing with Lakers for 9th seed. I guess Spurs won't catch them and we'll see both Pelicans and Lakers in last two seeds for play-in challenge.

It's just a bad luck for him that he doesn't have any experience yet of a championship. I like him to take a chance last Finals but I'm rooting for Milwaukee Bucks that time because I have a bet on it. They are now currently sitting pretty at the standing and hope that this time, he will now finally have a championship moment.

Don't want to see him end up without a championship like other superstars in the league. He truly deserves one. But seeing how competitive teams today, lots of strong teams are deserving to win the chip this year.

There is not much time to go for the Clippers - 76ers game. 76ers are already close to a victory in this one and bookmakers think the same as it seems. I already bet on them to watch the game more excitedly. And I believe that they will make Clippers have their fifth loss in a row too. 76ers are a complete team now after adding James Harden to the team also. And I'm sure that he is happy to be at 76ers too. He was having hard days lately when he was at Nets.

You're right that this game against the Pelicans will be very important for the Lakers. However, there is no chance that Davis will play because he has not yet fully recovered from his injury. It is expected that he will be able to return only by the first week of April. So LeBron will have to try to win this game alone again.
