When he went to the Lakers with their run on the bubble, Howard wasn't a problem in and out of the court for the Lakers. Sure he still have that antics, nevertheless he has proven himself to be effective playing the center with Anthony Davis.

Same when he moved to Sixers, no issues whatsoever with him and Joel Embiid. So not sure what you mean by attitude because it seems that he has matured already and knows where to have that "good attitude" inserted. And he didn't destroy the good chemistry in Sixers, it's that he was not a perfect fit, that's the way I look at it and that's why they have given him up and Lakers pick him up again to play last season. But right now, no teams are interested on his service.

The preseason is in full swing, and I think it's too early to say that no team is interested in Howard. I won't comment on his negative impact on team chemistry, but it seems to me he could still be useful on the court as a bench player. In addition, signing Howard wouldn't be a costly deal for the management of any team as he would most likely agree to even the minimum salary.

Well we are all talking about the list that @danherbias07 has posted and so far there is no team that an interest. If you haven't seen the list here it is:

He seems to be interested with the idea too but I think he just wants to land a team for next season and it doesn't matter if its the Nets or the Kings hehe. Nets need a good and moving center, I mean Claxton needs more time together with KD, Kyrie, Ben and Seth if the coaching staff will

blend them together and maximize the rotation of the ball. These squads are still dangerous and still a playoff contender, but only if the management

will retain them and especially KD and Kyrie. The rest might be on the role players who can provide decent minutes for their starters and I see

good fit for Howard. He knows how to adjust.

Yes, but Claxton seems to be inexperience but we have seen that he is a blend with the team. Maybe they will have to give him more time in the court because when Aldridge went back and play, his playing minutes was diminished. One area for improvement is his free throws. But yes, who needs a good center when they have two superstars who mostly carrry the loads for them.

Yeah, 23 years old and performing very well at center position. He has the speed and he has the spring. A good shot blocker that can keep up even with an opponent that uses speed type lineup. That young, he will gain most of the minutes on that position, a back up would just be for sudden injuries. A power forward might suffice but if they want Dwight Howard then it's better. At his age he also has the speed intact.
Perhaps he could also provide some tips for the young blooming center.

Yes, that's what I was also thinking, Dwight is no longer in his prime, but he still have the experience and even he is still a funny man at his age, he was wisdom that he can partake to Claxton. Maybe just 1 year as a back up center will do a lot of things to the younger generation like Nic. But we will see if Nets are going to offer something to Howard, if not then maybe Dwight will have to wait, just keep his body for anyone to call even when the season has started, just to be ready in such case and hopefully we can still him play.

But I would say that he had some good games as a Nets right? And so he can still play ball and maybe the reason is that the Nets have a very different system and play that's why he was not used to that kind of basketball but yet I saw him contribute still even at his age. And I think it's not happening yet. The names that were listed might get their contracts once a team is locked in with their 1st team and their roleplayers.
It's not like they are the priorities for now.

We cannot expect too much from these veterans physically but their cerebral will be a big contribution. Experience-wise, they could provide a great deal of discussing right and wrong on the floor. One example of this is Iguodala telling Gary Payton II what to do during a crucial time against the Celtics.

Remember that he came out of retirement playing from the National team but later on, decided to join Luka Doncic to play for Slovenia.

Exactly, it was his worst season because the kind of play does not suit him. Nets is more like Durant and Irving play but Goran is not get used to that since he played in a team where he handles the ball more and create plays for his teammates.

Goran Dragic wasn't fully utilized by the Nets. He only played 16 games last season and we aren't sure if those games he was in are being played by Durant and Irving as well as these 2 do have numerous games where they both didn't play.

That's why we can't assume that he's not suited to be teamed up with Durant and Irving.

I don't know why Dragic has not signed with the Dallas Mavericks. It's not like he is an expensive player anymore that is hard to acquire. It could be that the Dallas Mavericks' management prefers younger players to complete their roster. Although I still pick Dragic since he is very experienced and can share it with the younger players and his chemistry with Luka would be superb.

Chet will adapt just like fine, he just have to endure the likes of Giannis, AD or anyone in the center to pick up some experience along the way.

It is not just the players, it is also the schedule of the games. There are lots of back-to-back games and a lot of traveling. It takes a lot of tolls physically on new players. I expect him to perform but it will still take a lot of adjustment on his part especially when they are on the road. Discipline will take a big factor if he will be successful in NBA. Hard work trumps talent most of the time.

We are not sure though about the playing time. In Brooklyn Nets, he averages 25MPG even playing alongside Durant and Irving and the team is complete at any role and position. He even points out that he was suddenly put by the Nets on 30 minutes of playing time on his first game with the team after being inactive playing for 4 months.

Maybe Chicago Bulls will have the same approach about Dragic's playing time. He is still considered one of the good veteran role players out there.

Related story, Dragic has a good point during his Brookly Nets tenure. He said that the Brooklyn Nets are more focused on individual performance, main only on Durant and Irving, and not as a team. We can now conclude that most plays prioritized by the Nets last season are only designed for Irving and Durant. That will limit their role players' teammates to do their very best.

Discipline and hard work are the factors that will make him successful in this league. He needs to adjust and adopt all the challenges

I think the best year for Dragic is with the Miami Heat, he was well love in the city and really did help the team with the Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo tandem. But when he was traded, the Heat was not the same anymore, (even if they get Kyle Lowry in exchange of him). And so we will love him seeing another good team in the Chicago Bulls. As you have said, the veteran can still contribute and maybe he is what the Bulls needed, specially in those games that are really close and they need someone who has the experience to win that kind of games.
