I scan asteroids and get twice less duration - 12 instead of 24vm
Also there is a bug: when I move to other location inside sector the scan results are still the same and clicking on asteroid leads to error.

*From now on, if crafting fees are active, energy costs are not applied. Meaning the planet "spends" the energy for the crafter. In relation to this, the fees are now calculated per point of energy. So, if something costs 3 energy to produce and the fee is 1 satoshi, the final price is 3 satoshi (and 0 energy).
