Yeah ! Nice ! Smiley

Here is my review :

- Left menu : Working nice. Good idea to save the passphrase.
- Wallet : Receive, send and options working nice. It should be nice that when we're in send or receive, if we click on the back touch on our phone, it just go back to the wallet, not quitting the app.
Moreover, I have a display bug, I can't scroll left to right on the recent transactions and my screen is too small to show them entirely. I have also the "log out" button on the middle on my screen ... ?
- Crowdfund : Great ! Smooth ! The only tiny bug is the "X%" which is not correctly displayed.
- Faucet : Working nicely.

Thanks to the team and keep up the good work -daWallet Smiley
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

[Android]

new! Burst Wallet 1.0 for Android

+ SSL Online Wallet mobile version
+ Password Save / Load function with PIN
+ Decentralized Crowdfunding mobile version

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=burstcoin.com.burst

Source: https://github.com/dawallet/burst_for_android

It's the first version and it took us 2 weeks - so it's work in progress.

The To-Do-List is very long:

- Delete saved Passphrases
- Optimize Crowdfunding mobile design
- QR-Code scanning
- many many bugfixes
- Plotting & Mining

Information for the Crowdfunders: We've used up 1/8th of the funds for now - so don't worry, there's much more to come.
Developers: Your commits are very welcome.

Please report bugs!

daWallet, what's the relation between the "Wallet" posted by you and the "Client" posted by crowe? Hi writes the "client" is

"The BURST Android client for now is simply an interface for the BURST official web wallet. It currently supports logging into and using your BURST wallet."

Is this the same project, and hence an updated to yesterdag's post? Or will your "wallet" be independent of the web-wallet?

Thanks!

It's the same thing. The App is called "Burst Wallet" and serves for now as a client for the mobile friendly ssl wallet which is also overseen by me.

Wallet seems great - only problem I can see is that if I misstype the 12 words I get another wallet address which might cause confusion for idiots like me. But really excited about this coin and the new approach to mining. Thanks Crowetic for the giveaway too!

crowetic, so I tried my passphrase on the wallet after logout but now I got a new account and lost the other one, but I did this with exactly the same phrase?? So now I lost those beautiful coins you gave away Sad

I was very enthusiastic with receiving the 25000 BURST and I did use the exact phrase that was given to me. But every time I get: "Welcome to your new BURST account." Sad

Still using some sort of POS or in this case POC for mobile is supurb!

No, that is simply 100% impossible. The same phrase will always open the same account.

You just seem to sure. Cool

So I guess I must have done something wrong here.  Undecided
Still I am convinced I am using the exact same passphrase that I literaly wrote down. I must have made a mistake.  Huh

If I installed a client on another android, could I import the adress which has the BURST on it?

If I then tried to use the passphrase would this help? (probably not if I made a typo Sad )

replenishment:

I tried with an extra space on the end of the passphrase and before the first word. Each time I get a new adress. Does this mean that each time the wallet generates an extra adress? Couldn't it better just alert that you have given the wrong passphrase? I'm just suggesting (and I know that there is still a lot of work to do with this wallet so never mind this noob  Roll Eyes)

He is, because this is how Burst works - the same passphrase will always open the same wallet.

Most likely - if it's going to a different address, it was a different passphrase.

Nope, you can only send the burst from the wallet using the correct passphrase.

It doesn't know you've entered an incorrect passphrase, you've typed in a valid passphtase, it's just different to the one you thought you used to create the address.

Attention!

AVX-version v1.160407_AVX and v1.160413_AVX are not finding all the possible results of deadlines.
As long as I and do not fix the problem - do not use AVX version

I have been comparing the old & new versions of AVX with jminer for a few Hours and can confirm that as far as I can see v1.160420_AVX fixes the missing Deadlines problem.  Smiley

I am not having any luck with the new miner Burst-miner v1.160420. After switching back to miner-burst-1.160413
I mined a block and all other results after that were better. I also ran miner-burst-1.151009 which is slower but found better times.

I noticed with Burst-miner v1.160420 a couple times I had no results when a block showed up.
So I guess I stick with miner-burst-1.160413!
