there's a thing called therapy to cure or lessen the addiction, killing yourself or dying isn't a solution to any problem, it will definitely stop you from gambling but it will also stop you from living, obviously seeking a professional help will be a good way if addiction is worse.

Hahaha taking your life isn't a best solution it will only makes it worst because your gonna go to the pits of hell by doing that, and yes seeking medical attention, rehab for instance or maybe seek the lord so you will change your mind and you will not think of anything stupid just because you want to quit gambling.

very large multipliers are the worst. the chance of winning is so tiny so you will never win.
this means you have to make thousands of bets on a big multiplier in order to win once so you will lose the same amount as you will possibly win.
of course this is all chance and you can win on your first bet.

the control is the key. and it only comes with strong willpower or even a distraction. i have tried it and a hobby that you enjoy doing is the best distraction of all. for example i like programming so i am learning a programming language and it fills my free time.

I think the best way to quit gambling is play other games.. Try MMORPG like Dota 2 Or league of legends.. I already tried and it works for me..
Im addicted to any gambling site before like poker black jack and some slots and bingo..
I just forgot and stop and quit in gambling just playing online games.. now im addicted to play League of legends sometimes i play dota 2..

The very first step to quit gambling is you must have the will to stop gambling, and from what I can see, you have the will to stop gambling because you started this thread. And secondly, you should ignore any form of gambling even though it is just a bet of as small as one satoshi.

Just block the gamblings sites in your router and in your hosts file. Use ublock extension also. I think that will stop you for sure.
