How to quit Gambling for good?

I would like to know the real method to this too. I have started to be serious addict since the beginning of the year and would like to stop.
When you start to spend 1/2 your paycheque in the same hour that you received it you know you have a problem that you need to get out of FAST!

Well, that's not a good idea, logically, if you try that, you well end up a beggar, no need to end up like that, just quit, think about your family and your future if you end up bankrupt...

Once we addicted for this Gambling it's too hard to guit. It's not at all possible to to quit immediately so for this try to kill your free time with other activities like playing outdoor games or any other online games going out with your friends like that if you hurry in owl day with other work then you definetly quit this Gambling.

In the gambling also has a pretty dangerous addiction if the pencandu does not immediately perform the therapy. And therapy to do is replace the hours gambling with other activities. Finding any other things todo doesn't always help because every gambling player has their own reason in playing you never know maybe his just trying it, or maybe the instant money that they could get from it, and in gambling it isn't necessarily need any therapists because not all gamblers are addicted.

Yup the urge in gambling is just on your mind try to just refresh your head with no gambling on it, me I don't think im gonna be addicted with just gambling I play gambling yes but in moderation.

Actually almost all gamblers say that but the fact is its just their excuse. You cant say fun when your lossing most of the time like this you lost yesterday and you will play again today. What will you say im gonna have some fun again. Thats kinda funny.

This is is possible if you haven't staked your properties into gambling... or if you only got busted a few times, but if you were busted big time, then it will be harder, EXCEPT, if you could accept that you fail in gambling..

The best solution to quit gambling is to join in any other sports play like basket ball.. You can forget gambling by playing basket also sports like League of legends and dota2 they are addicted too so that you can forget gambling...

Yes go outside, away from a PC. To entertain yourself etc. We all know gambling can be bad, so get yourself into some sports or another hobby.
And safe yourself a lot of money.

Being addictive means you got no control whatsoever and getting some help from a professional will really help you..

Not for a year but permanently.
