If you lose constantly you should stop yourself, it's all about self-control. You probably can't cut it out immediately, you can decrease your playing time and amount. I play time to time, I don't have any addiction like that. If you can't control yourself you can seek a professional psychological help.

The best thing is that you will realize that gambling is very bad. Than you will stop it and that is an also a good lesson.
But you never know what will happen later. But I think that more people are going to realize that it is very bad. And just find also some distraction.

i am successfully quit gamble in my real live , it's easy. now i just gamble online
it's hard to leave gamble once you feel it's profitable, you will play it when you have spare time.
so fill your spare time by your hobby with your friends and feel your self always busy, it would solve your online/real live gamble even just temporarily at least it makes your time to gamble are less.

So if we have to quit gambling for food, we should use internet less. Pay attention to different activities than bitcoin gambling. May it effects a gambler !

Find some distraction or a hobby or go hang out with a relative. Do something you like to do, maybe it is also cheaper and you also will have a more social life witch much better for your future and health if you ask me.
I think doing other things is the best thing to forget and quit gambling for good.

Well quitting gambling is the best option if the person is so much addicted to it to the point that his selling his own appliances and worse his house just to gambling that person should be treated because he/she is sick and needs a rehab.

Well unfortunately addiction started when you need money that is when you see gambling but in some cases other people the rich one tend to find something they can do with their money! but in the less fortunate one when they lose a lot they will try to get it back and that will cause there addiction.

and if we've become addicted to heavy, at least we need someone to help awaken us to not go back to gambling.
