Exactly.It looks like the Championship season of MotoGP will be disputed between Bagnaia and Bezzechi,nevertheless the sprint race was a good one and I think we will see a great race tomorrow as they call it the "university of MotoGP" this track which means is the most technical track of all the season.

I always watch this race even though I mostly watch F1 compared to MotoGP but I think thanks to the bonuses I get from the casino I play at I will be having quite some money to try some different bets on this track,am going for the super high odds as I know most riders will be out of this track,at least this is my memory in many races here.

We are getting close to entering another race week in Formula 1. Austria track is one of the shortest tracks among the ones in the calendar. Therefore the number of laps would be quite high and I guess there would be a strategy of two pit stops for most of the teams. This would be another race that hard tyres would be preferred quite much.

Here in this race I will be expecting a very big dominance by Verstappen. This is Red Bull's home Grand Prix so Verstappen would bring the win home by a dominant performance. There is no Leclerc who can compete with him and win the race now as he did in the previous season.

Speaking of the pitstop, this is perhaps good for the RedBull team, in the last GP Sergio Pérez and Max Verstappen were the fastest of the day.

Pérez's pit stop was fastest at 2.23 seconds, just one-and-a-half tenths slower than the 2023 record set at the Spanish Grand Prix, where Red Bull changed Pérez's four tires in just 2.07 seconds.

In any case, the Austrian team opened up an advantage in the dispute for the "DHL Fastest Pitstop Award" (DHL Fastest Pit Stop award), since Ferrari, the 2nd place, did not do so well at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. The team of Verstappen and Pérez was 43 points ahead of their Maranello rivals. The difference between the two teams after eight races is 73 points. Alpine is in 3rd place, 132 points behind Red Bull.

How much will this influence the next Austrian GP?

Soon the race for the MotoGP class will start because the Moto2 class has just finished with quite fierce competition. Today's race for MotoGp will also be very tough even though Marquez has withdrawn from today's race which may be due to the bruises or pain he suffered in Germany last week but the Ducati riders are likely to remain at the forefront. And if there is Fabio Quartararo who is going to disturb the front row, I think it is a surprise for Yamaha who are generally very good at Assen.

If you want to bet on who will win, I think placing a bet on Marco Bezzecchi is more appropriate in my opinion because the Ducati Gp23 ridden by Bagnaia this season seems to have a bit more difficulty at the Assen track than the Ducati Gp22 ridden by Marco Bezzecchi, so it won't go wrong if you place a bet on Marco Bezzecchi although in general you are free to place your bet on any rider today.

Another easy 1-2 for Ducati.

Bagnaia now has almost 2 gp as advantage in point at this point of the season it is a huge gap with the second.

I don't know of any other fan of MotoGP that does not like this track but you must be a unique case in any case  .Bezzecchi I have always liked him as in any race he has won so far he has done so by starting behind most of the times and doing great lap times to win and that is why I have loved when he has won a race.

Marco Bezzecchi is starting to show extraordinary talent on the Ducati Gp22 motorbike and I am sure that the Ducati factory will provide full factory spec motorbikes in the coming season because the higher ups at Ducati have seen how Marco Bezzecchi brought a Ducati motorbike with last year's spec to compete at the front with the factory spec motorbikes this season. He has shown something really extraordinary so far in MotoGP.

So the Ducati team itself really hopes that Bagnaia will continue to be consistent in every race this season.

RBR had a little trouble at the Canadian GP, even compared to the previous race, RBR's performance was not much better than Aston Martin which seemed to have improved. From this we can see that the RBR doesn't always race smoothly, they even experience the same problems with their tires and fuel system. Not to mention the problem with Perez's performance which was quite unsatisfactory. So for the Austrian GP race it's true that as you said, it seems that the RBR team will have a little trouble dominating the next race.

Of course we are still at the beginning of the week and weather can change until then. It was the case for the Canadian Grand Prix as you have seen.

But it would be more lovely to watch this race under rain. It would be more exciting generally even if Verstappen dominates the race anyway.

In here the rain would make it much more interesting the race as we have not big straights and just few corners in a lap like we had in Canada and the rain even if it was there would not have changed things that much dramatically anyway.This is a completely different track and the rain will make sure that very few cars to finish the race as the rain will make drivers want to take out more from their car than usual because they will think,now it is my chance to shine and they will push to the limit which would make this race enjoyable to watch.There is no problem who wins as long as we see a beautiful race it is no problem for me if Verstappen wins again but honestly that Perez guy should step in and show some performance after all he has the same car as Verstappen.

Ferraris can be assertive there because their one-lap qualifying is good and they won't be dealing with things like strategy - pitstop, so we can see 2 Ferraris on the podium. But still favorite are redbulls. Rain is expected over the weekend. In a scenario where the whole weekend will be rainy, we see surprises. Aston martin was going predominantly with Alonso, but in the last few races they started to look at Alonso's hand completely. Stroll played trash even in his own house. I have a feeling that Alonso is going to have a bad race in this race. 4-5 or 5-6 this race would be a good grade for them. My guess is if it's a rainless weekend give - per - lec we'll see the first three. But if it's a rainy weekend, we'll see someone other than the big 4 teams in the top 3. Gasly is my candidate for this. I hope we have a fun race.

I think it's a bit too early to look at weather forecast. There is plenty of time left, so, things still can change. But yeah, would be interesting to see rain, can't remember when we had wet race in Austria.

It's actually a very very simple track as well, anyone who has played even a bit of F1 would know that it's the simplest of tracks and there are very very few places where you could make an obvious mistake. Which means that car difference and driver talent difference matters a lot here, unless something unexpected happens, then we are going to get the best cars and drivers win here.

Perez had a few bad race streak so far, I am expecting him to finish that with this race, he may end up second finally like he suppose to. I think it's obvious that Red Bull is eyeing other drivers for that second spot, and there are some good racers, Perez needs to have a podium at least, there is no other option. Obviously this is only valid if all goes as expected.

@swogerino I felt that Hamilton could have retired at his peak as the most successful driver but instead he decides to stay back and continued losing his title one that he easily use to win few year’s ago. Furthermore unless Mercedes can fix their issues overnight which we all know won’t happen I doubt that he’ll win and it’s such a shame that after such a legendary career he’s in such a low spot.

That is exactly what I meant as it is a shame for him to continue with Mercedes and if the possibility opens for him at Ferrari I would take the opportunity as I am sure Ferrari has more chances of bringing a good car back for the next season than Mercedes does,at Ferrari they either make it or break it while at Mercedes they bring upgrades and fine tune the car to a certain level but not at the level of consistently winning races while Ferrari did so in the beginning of last season where they won some races.He should definitely move out of Mercedes as soon as the possibility unfolds.
