heh
15hours
11M shares
404%
looks bad, but we have had (at lower diff) 800% blocks

not saying I'm enjoying it Wink
looks can be deceiving though Smiley
and yeah, awesome run the other day

ø Shares/Difficulty Ratio:   99.24% - since we started DGM, longterm we are doing ok Smiley
We had a good day yesterday, and then today had another 17 hour, 11M share block. Fun times.
yeah, high diff and variance starting to work together, deepbit had a 22M share block yesterday from what I hear.
that block of ours was 426% of diff , we have had 800%+ blocks before Smiley
Also at 800Ghash shares take longer to accumulate those shares than at the 1.8 - 2Thash we were running at for a while Smiley

I did notice on blockchain.info slush had 6 of the last 10 displayed blocks at one stage - I guess the luck moves around Smiley
426% - How do you calculate that?
Ya I also know the higher the difficulty, the more shares it takes to solve a block. Won't be too far now when 11M shares is the norm!

426% - How do you calculate that?
Take the current difficulty and divide by the amount of diff 1 shares it took to find the block. In this case it'd be about 2,694,047 * 4.26 = ~11,476,640 shares (looks like the actual amount of shares was 11,485,145).

I don't want you to have to say one is better than the other, but will Ozcoin support either GBT or Stratum?

Glad to hear good luck right when my other pool had problems so my load switched to OzC for a bit Smiley

Asking again I know, but what exchange is the basis for the direct NCM->BTC conversion in the pool?

In other news I am pleased to announce effective immediately Ozcoin will temporarily reduce fees to 2% for DGM and 4% for PPS.
We will reassess fee structures, Merged Mining and PPS through November and announce any changes prior to the halving of block rewards.
Estimated time of Bitcoin block reward halving: Fri Nov 30 11:01:00 2012 | Time remaining: 9 weeks, 1 day, 3 hours, 20 minutes, and 0 seconds

A reminder, Ozcoin DGM is one of the few pools paying out transaction fees and merge mining namecoins.

best wishes and may the luck be with you Smiley
