The 2GB cards should work till January 2017 or so....
Unfortunately, in many cases OpenCL application cannot allocate entire GPU memory, for example, drivers can reserve some memory for desktop (200-300MB usually). Also, if miner generates DAG on GPU, it must allocate additional buffer for it (about 30MB). same here with my 2 gb 380itx (for my htpc) it was on ubuntu 15.10 amd 15.12 driver. it was not the desktop card - ie not using it for the desktop display my 8 gb 390 card was driving the display. no workie..

Should we expect any sort of ZCash miner from you? Do you have any plans for it @Claymore?
Nice to see the minimum fan speed setting in the newer version of your GPU miner, was looking forward for it.

Miner can call .bat file exery X seconds, this .bat can send data to COM port or do something else to reset your watchdog. I can add this feature. It will be fine. Please add this feature.

He said he will not work on the ZCash miners before it is lanuched. He might work on it later in the time.

Means your command line is incorrect, probably missed parameter value, for example "-tt" instead of "-tt 80". But it still isn't supported (ignored) on Linux with amdgpu-pro drivers in 7.3? Without it not a lot of sense to switch for me.

Yes currently this option is ignored in Linux.

I have trouble with the remote manager(ethman.exe). It allow me to view static on the computer I turn on the program but not other computer in my LAN (through web browser and the android app won't work either). I already allowed the program on windows 10 firewall both private and public but it doesn't work. However, when I turn off the firewall, it works fine. Anyone know how to add exception to the program without turn off the firewall ?
I have the same issue on one of my rigs.. would love to know the solution.

Did you allow the tcp port 3333 ? It's a better way to proceed IMHO

A problem testing single 470 (XFX 4GB) on Win 7 SP1 Tried drivers 16.9.1 and 16.10.2, same result: 868 OpenCL platform: AMD Accelerated Parallel Processing 868 OpenCL initializing... 868 AMD Cards available: 1 868 GPU #0: Ellesmere, 3072 MB available, 32 compute units 868 POOL/SOLO version 868 b240 868 Platform: Windows 868 start building OpenCL program... and crash Yes, it says 3072MB 0-o, altho all other programs (GPUZ, afterburner) say 4096MB ... Any ideas? Tried even -lidag 3, no change The system is low powered Sempron with 2GB ram, but I have another rig with 4 7950s running with same configuration for this card you need 4GB system RAM minimum

Does anybody knows how to fix the following problem: While the Claymore miner is trying to create/mount the DAG file on one of my cards (R7 370), driver crashes every time. I have noticed in GPU-Z that on this particular, the card memory usage of 17XX MB is not on Dedicated part, but on Dynamic. And may be this is the problem - but I don't know how to fix it. Do you think that simple reinstall of drivers (15.12) would help? Or else? Thanks.

Only ETH mode gives 32.8 Mh/s for overclocked R9 390X. ETH + DCR mode gives 30.1 Mh/s ETH + 440 Mh/s DCR for the same graphic card.
As I see in your readme file, I will get higher hashrate if I use dual mode. But it s not. Is it possible ?

Reduce your -dcri to 1 for claymore's miner ( for 440MH in DCR it must be around 30 currently) and you will see your cards max ETH hash rate which should be around 34 Mh/s. Then increase dcri steadily till you start losing ETH hash rate, find the optimum balance point where you get almost your max ETH hash but also significant DCR. This point should be between -dcri 16 to 24.
