It's not fully usable as desired and will be patched likely within 24 hrs, so the usual release parties (ie. announcement) are postponed.

Github times are off for unknown reason. Wallet 1.0.3 wasn't released 11 days ago but about 4 hours ago.

That's just normal.
(Did you check with the /mining/info/ api? If it doesn't say "not forging", you're fine and will have your blocks )

Yes, there seems to be a login screen at that ip address using an unsecure connection. Doesn't help much in boosting HEAT confidence.
