I try to make a living using the internet. Different methods. Now I'm digging this Mining stuff and I like to learn new things. Is nice to keep up to date if possible with the things going around the internet.

Hey there, I made an attempt at bitcoin mining a couple years back with little success. Trying to make another attempt so figured I'd join a community and try to get deeper into it.

Hi,
My name is Tom and I am quite new to bitcoins. My system looks to old to do bitcoin mining (need better graphics card, etc).
Thanks, Tom

I'm Rishodi. I'm a libertarian philosophically and a software engineer by trade, so Bitcoin quickly captivated my interest when I first learned about it ~2 years ago. I've been a long-time lurker on these forums, and I can occasionally be found on /r/bitcoin as well. I figured I should make an effort to get more actively involved, as I strongly want to see Bitcoin succeed.

Hi yall, long time lurker checking in, got interested in btc around march 2011. Having trouble wrapping my small brain around the complexity of the beast that is bitcoin, very fascinated by the possibilities and very curious where this rollercoaster will take us. been doing some low level gpu mining (500 MHash) for about a year and a half and made a few purchases on intersango and btc24. this morning I sold just enough btc to recover all the costs I made up to this point. so even if we go to 0€ I wont lose any money, and still had a fun ride ;-)

Hi everyone, Mike here. Long time reader first time registerer. Actually thought I had an account for a long while only to find out I never actually registered (or got pruned for inactivity?)

Ossum. I'm a libertarian as well, and want to build a seastead, ASAP, but rather than software engineering I'm a literary writer type Tho I want to learn programming soon too.

Hello,
I've been reading through the forums for a few months now. A friend of mine told me about btc in 2011 as a novelty we both ignored. I worked in SF for a bit for a tech VC in 2011, I recall becoming more interested and asked the resident tech admin and he roundly rejected the idea. I'm now on the east coast and made the plunge with a friend a few months ago, increasingly I'm looking to become more invested in the community.
Best,
