Hello everyone. I found Bitcoin about two weeks ago.... and made 10.95 dollars with my 5750 woot. I am looking to build some miners and bumped into this place a few times and here I am. So lets make some coin.

Hi, I am m_yaw.
I am a nerd and wanted to get into mining but the stupid company I bought my 6950 seems to be ripping me off, so I think I will never receive my card...
Anyway, power costs in Europe are ridiculously high compared to the US, so mining will get or is already unprofitable... (I am talking 18 Eurocent per kWh = 0.26 USD/kWh).

Hey all, I'm a professional Computer Engineer who got caught up in this after being inundated with stories on Slashdot and Dailytech. Wish I'd paid attention sooner and got started mining sooner Been lurking on the forums for ~2 weeks (before signing up). Recently got my 6870 mining at around 275Mhash/sec on my Slackware-based linux installation. I also run my unRAID array (which is awesome) on this system. |
