I've just discovered BitCoins and it seems there are quite a few uses (like hiding your poker transactions from the wife Wink)
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

nevermind i found it:

Due to a mass of trolling, only established posters are able to post in non-newbie sections. You are considered "established" if you have spent 4 hours online and have made 5 posts.

If you have really good posts, you can post a request for preemptive whitelisting in the appropriate topic.

Also:
- You must have made one post in order to send PMs.
- You need 10 posts to put a link in your signature.

I'm new to the forums...

I'm currently mining at about 900 Mh/s with a few HD 5830's.
I decided to enter the bitcoin community by mining with a small investment.

I am not sure why the forums blocks Newbies from posting elsewhere, as I don't really have many questions at this point (I prefer to read around than to ask random questions). I'd love to make some posts in other threads, such as buying and selling, etc....

There are plenty of local ops to trade in cash, even in Western Europe.

"The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the systems was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank...sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."

Hello,

I'm Bob, from the the Southeastern USA.  I have been mining Bitcoins since the beginning of 2012 (wish I would have learned about them sooner!).  I have been lurking on these forums for quite a while, but wanted to start becoming more involved.  I am intrigued by this concept and hope the future is bright for Bitcoins.

I'm Ron, inventor and seller of Shire Silver, and I've been interested in bitcoins for about a year. I finally got set up a couple months ago personally, and last week with the help of some good folks I finally got my website's cart software upgraded to the future economy  Grin

Shire Silver, a better bullion that fits in your wallet. Get some, now accepting bitcoin!
