I'll buy them.

"The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the systems was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank...sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."

- Carroll Quigley, CFR member, mentor to Bill Clinton, from 'Tragedy And Hope'

I'm really just here so I can purchase/earn 1 bitcoin quickly for a purchase. The transfer wait times are killer, but I understand the necessity.

The only similarly immediate and irreversibly currencies I could think of I possess are Puzzle Pirates poe and Runescape Gold, so I'm hoping someone will accept those for bitcoins.

Hello i'm Cookie_Monster  Grin I love the idea of Bitcoins and hope to be able to do business using them, I have followed btc for a while and used a few coins here and there when it was an option. Now that btc seems to be stabilising at around $5 I want to get into using BTC even more.

Hi there, my name is Corpia.

Bitcoins are very interesting. Not something worth putting lots of real money into in my opinion but certainly interesting enough to make a profit off of.

Hi all,

I'm Vlad and I've been operating as a Bitcoin trader selling BTC for cash in the mail for around six months now. I also have an interest in Cryptography and IT security naturally. I am very active in the Silk Road forums but thought I'd say hello on here and if anyone does need any Bitcoins in the UK/Europe, please feel free to send me a message.

All the best,

V.

Hello all. I'm here to introduce myself. Been lurking bitcoin forum and SR for a few months now and decided to make it o-fish-ial by joining. Fascinated by bitcoin, interested in all sorts of stuff. I'll be using this forum to discuss bitcoin and hook up with individuals willing to swap MtGox USD for my Dwolla $$$. But for now I'm merely a newbie  Grin

Hello,

My name is Boris, and I am relatively new to Bitcoin. My major interest today is the study of Objectivism, and I started a meetup for it in Vancouver. Through this study I came to learn about Capitalism, and limited government. And from here is my interest in Bitcoin.

As well, I think Bitcoin is the solution to the micropayment problem. During the last three years I have been mulling over the idea that people online make money on silly things because they have a lot of traffic, but those that make quality content, don't, because they have a small niche dedicated community, and the ads don't provide enough conversion. That is why internet is full of junk. For real good stuff to become profitable through visiting users, there needs to be a "tip" button, that is 1-click. I think Bitcoin is the solution for these kind of payments. All of these thoughts have culminated into a creation of a website called Propster. Check it out, it is http://propster.me. It supports Bitcoin, Litecoin, and USD Flattr style.
