Hello,

My name is Boris, and I am relatively new to Bitcoin. My major interest today is the study of Objectivism, and I started a meetup for it in Vancouver. Through this study I came to learn about Capitalism, and limited government. And from here is my interest in Bitcoin.

As well, I think Bitcoin is the solution to the micropayment problem. During the last three years I have been mulling over the idea that people online make money on silly things because they have a lot of traffic, but those that make quality content, don't, because they have a small niche dedicated community, and the ads don't provide enough conversion. That is why internet is full of junk. For real good stuff to become profitable through visiting users, there needs to be a "tip" button, that is 1-click. I think Bitcoin is the solution for these kind of payments. All of these thoughts have culminated into a creation of a website called Propster. Check it out, it is http://propster.me. It supports Bitcoin, Litecoin, and USD Flattr style.

- B

Hi there, this is Sebastian. I am from Germany and i already tried bitcoin in about 2011 but i just had a bad graphics card for mining so i canceld all bitcoin actions. Now i have a quite okay card (260Mhash/s) and i want to try my luck again.

I am mostly interested in the virtual goods part of bitcoins (Buying toplevel domains, webspace etc)

Hi,

I'm thinking about the implementation of pseudonymous reputational systems. I think this is a key element, which is missed yet for a development of an agora. In fact, we have Tor hidden services, we have bitcoins and Open Transactions for creating a banking system, but the open problem is about the reputation of a bank if it is a Tor hidden service.

The concept for reputation I prefer is the one suggested in http://ilja-schmelzer.de/network. But it needs to be implemented. So I would like to find people interested in such things.

Hello to all btc interested people in the world.

I'm an 43 yo male German who lives in Bremen. I began to use bitcoin last september an was sceptical a long time and worried about the security issues of some big-player in Bitcoin-economy...

the lasthack of bitcoinica is frightening and quite alarming to me, but I still have faith in the future of this kind of currency, the current issues hopefully will lead to more stable and secure business in the future.

I'll try to get more people in my neighbourhood familiar with bitcoin and it's opportunities...

Me and two more buddies have started working on something like that.  I will report in about two months when we have something up to show.

Hello boys Wink

Have been kind of interested in bitcoins for the past year, but never really found the real option for me to purchase them, as exchangers only rarely accept credit card. The reason I made this profile, is because I wanna trade my steam and battlelog accounts Smiley

Might be worth getting some other stuff sold too in the long run, though.
