I am curios why older cards perform better then new ones..my 280x have more hash then my rx 470 and rx 480 even 470 and 480 should have more horse power
Same here, RX 480 8GB ~ 160 hashes, R9 280X ~ 170 hashes and R9 290 ~ 185 hashes... but keep in mind that R9 290 uses almost double electricity.

If any one have Gigabyte Radeon™ RX 480 G1 Gaming 8G please share your hash rate
I got 6X msi radeon rx 480 4gb - stock settings - running at 160h/s at Intensity level 2 - Thats right boyos, im pushing 950 H/s... for a $1500 rig built with altcoin trading profits. VS. my 13h/s Genesis mining contract I spent $250 on..... Cloud mining is so fucked BTW, Claymore, not enough people have praised you.... PRAS.

Blessings, Claymore. How do you think, what implementation of your programming skills will amuse us next? Just breath a word, or even a symbol. Thank you.

Older cards have a wider memory bus and therefore higher bandwith.

He did a few pages back and talked about max. 300 H/s on a 390.

I use Windows 10 and i see no GPU temps in Claymore Miner, i have installed the latest AMD APP SDK and downloaded the latest AMD ADL SDK, but where i must copy the AMD ADL files? to show the GPU temps in Claymores Miner i have search here in the forum but nothing found! Hi ByteKingz! i have the same problem. i mine with 2 RX 480 8GB. on Windows 10 with latest drivers and SDK installed. tried everything, but with no good chance to monitor temperature. All other programs show only fan speed and can't overclock it (GPUZ, MSI Afterburner). I think the problem because of headless mining. I have no monitor plugged on GPUs, only connected to internal motherboard VGA. I don't have HDMI or DVI-D monitor yet. Thats easy just set the mobo to auto or use pcie graphics reboot You will have full control gpus now, but the window will be a small 640x480 window with no monitor attached. Thanks works but the first GPU not working in mining!

You can blame the Linux user who said bad words about Claymore.

For some reason the zec difficulty is not raising. Hope this keep this way since for now we get a few more dollars mining this coin than eth or etc.

For those, who need comparison data. version 7 speeds: 7870 - 95 sol/s 7950 - 145 sol/s 7970 - 165 sol/s 270x - 100 sol/s 280x - 165 sol/s 285 - 110 sol/s 470 4Gb - 155 sol/s
Couldn't be more accurate. You can add 290 - 200 sol/s to complete the list 295x2 shapire - 452 sol/s to complete the list can you share settings for 452 sol/s on 295x2. I only have 380 sol/s

I am currently pushing 180-187 H/s on each of my 4 x RX480 Sapphire 8GB Nitro+ I have modded three of them, Memory clocked at 2100MHz GPU 1444 MHz getting 745 H/s all together, I just hope ZEC does not drop in value too much more otherwise it's back to Eth!

My 7950 (Sapphire Dual-X) does more like 155 sol/s, but it's at 1050/1485. RX470 4GB from XFX does 160+ @1325/2025 and 480 Nitro 4GB does over 170 with 1340/2060, but I still have to mod bios on the Nitro. Claymore for President!

Hi Claymore, i just asked this before..... but just see how much faster the version 7 is to the version 1. Is there a chance that a version of the claymore zcash Miner will work on 1 GB HD7XXX cards ? Thanks for your work and have a pleasant weekend !
Are you sure that v7.0 does not work on 1GB cards with default config file? Have you tried it? Hello. Is it possible to mine with 5850? got this errors No AMD cards in the list. No AMD OPENCLGPUs found, exit Too old GPU, you need GCN arch for that. I tried my 5850, the only miner that worked was silentarmy, but performance was terrible, like 4 sol/s, so no point using up electricity for that.
