OK, I also opened a new ticket as supposed to do in the newsletter.
If have no order ID from my Batch 2.1 order from 3. Feb (where to get it from?) only the tX, so I entered 0 there.
Hope I will see my Order in the shop soon...
Will tell if something is changing finally (still have open tickets from weeks ago..)

Hi BitSyncom,
there are always messages about support tickets within updates (suggestions to create new tickets). But if everything seems as expected (the order is on the order page with correct info), should I or should I not create a support ticket (for some kind of confirmation or alike).
Thanks

OMG they answered my ticket within 5 minutes and my order (Feb 3) is now appearing in the store.
Almost the most beautiful day of my life...
and is shipping in 1-3 days. I said before: I'll address shipping issues first, get production flowing, then I'll address tickets and ship units. there is literally no reason to do this before the first two is ready n set. I opened also a new ticket and closed the old ones. Hopefully I will have something soon in my order page :-) Thank you for processing tickets now. BTW: The link in the last Avalon mail is not correct (SUPPORT.AVALON-ASICS.com). For me " http://support.avalon-asic.com/" or " http://bitsyncom.freshdesk.com/" is working.

Not trying to be a dick, but usually you don't open a support ticket if you don't need support. It seems that would just clog things up.

After waiting since Feb 2 and opening up a couple of tickets in the past and the another one this morning, I finally have my Feb 2 order in the store.
Yay! Hopefully this means it gets shipped soon.
