1% of 500GH = 5GH It's a 28nm Jalapeno. But that's a 28nm 5Gh/s delivered on 30th September, riiiiiight?  i feel like you are trying to tell us something.....lol I'm still trying to determine what a hashing video is?! If you think KnC is going to have a fully operational ASIC out and shipping in volume by September with those specs, you're almost assuredly bound to be disappointed.
I'm printing it tomorrow as a poster and put it in my office at the wall. Each time I'm pissed I'll look at this statement from Josh - it will save my day for sure. |

I noticed the HW error rate, but the results of accepted shares in the screen don't jibe. I suspect the HW errors were valid shares that were not properly submitted because they are running the jupiter off of a Macbook and not its internal mining software. I suspect they are messing with settings right now, which is leading to the wide swings in hash rate their pool stats are displaying.

I suspect the HW errors were valid shares that were not properly submitted because they are running the jupiter off of a Macbook and not its internal mining software. I suspect they are messing with settings right now, which is leading to the wide swings in hash rate their pool stats are displaying.

You know I face the facts, the ugly ones, too - but I'm very happy with it. Why? because THEY JUST GOT IT UP & RUNNING under incredible time & psycho pressure! Image you are the guy responsible that the f'ing hashrate finally goes above some shitty 1% before 23:59. They did great. As engineer I'm more than impressed - even can't find the right words to express the wow. edit: tuning will follow, let's see  |

no they are running off the beaglebone not the macbook. Ahh, ok. But my theory still stands. The HW error rate isn't reflected in the 100% accepted shares listed on the screen. Something doesn't match up. |

So they may tune it down to keep it below 850w, just so they don't have to buy 1000's more PSU's.

Discuss? There isnt much to discuss. I bought 1000W PSUs cause there is always some room left for overclocking and so additional 150W could be well spent. |

because it is fake!! they have Josh sitting on a Minirig behind that wall - his butt is blocking the exhaust which is why the error rate is so high.. but he loves the hot air so it's worth it |

PSU should operate at 60-80% to get maximum effeciency and cool they have failed badly lol, should buy 1KW platinum, not crap coolermaster |
