Holy crap LTC/BTC is +%20. Dumping my fckin LTC too. This is a life time opportunity to get more BTC from alts probably. Dumped my RVN from 1600sats and now its barely above 1000sats. Feels good man. Now its monero's turn. I want a mega pump there too. Look at the beauty of this:

No ,however you do pay a seperate small tax on the worth of your residence. This is usually greatly offset by the fact that you can deduct the interest you pay on you mortgage off of the income you have to pay tax over, so in practice you get about 50% back on the interest you pay to the bank.
Pretty good way for a government to shovel money into the banks..

Tax deductible mortgage payments on your primary residence is a pretty big deal.
I don’t agree with it personally because it just drives up property prices and a house is not an income producing asset. So it is a huge tax expenditure for no real gain for the economy.
It’s a good way to increase your net worth though if you own a big house when the rule change goes through or specialize in renovations.
Totally agree. For me personally it's great, it brings down the cost of my mortgage to the rate of inflation, making this loan basically free. I got lucky with my house, bought it when prices were still reasonable but interest was low. But house prices are skyrocketing because of this (not as fast as BTC but still) so many people are facing problems trying to get a house. It has the effect that only people or companies with a lot of cash to spare can buy houses, and then rent them out at extremely high prices, see this happening all the time. Pretty good way for a government to shovel money into the banks..
Only partly. The deduction benefits the person with the mortgage, not the bank. Also the interest rates in NL are not higher then elsewhere in NW Europe. However it does have an inflationary effect on the value of houses as Hairy pointed out, so the mortgages are also going to be bigger.

Moving a bit too fast for my liking. I think we’ll have a correction to mid 4K’s. I’m fine with that, I’m enjoying accumulating.
We all know we’re going to 6 figures beyond 2021 any way.
Well we didn't have a correction on the way down why should we have one one the way up? $6500 baby here we come.... Bitcoin no doesn't work like that. Of course, there is going to be a decent sized and material price correction. It's a matter of when, not if. I personally would not be surprised to begin to experience such a significant and material correction at anytime.. but we also know how bitcoin has a habit of OUTDOING expectations.... and currently, there is a bit of momentum on the UPSIDE including a bit of pent up holding the price down lower and for longer than was probably healthy. Therefore BTC prices, in this cycle, are possible to advance, more or less, straight into the $6,200 to $6,500 arena without any kind of material and significant price correction. I have a hard time contemplating that BTC's price would go beyond $6,500, in this particular round of UP without some kind of material and significant price correction - in the 30% plus arena... never say never, but would be quite a low likelihood, in my humble bumble opinion.

Even some of the 500+ rank coins (by marketcap) have way more Github activity than Litecoin. It might be old, might be very much decentralized, but IMO, if there're no further developments, then it deserves to die.

I want that correction! Buy order ready at $4600:
A suggestion: Don’t use round numbers for your limit orders. Put it $20 or $30 above because if the price is going to bounce, it will bounce above $xx00. If the prices touches $xx00 then it’s going to drop below that amount. It could eat though half the wall at $4600 and not drop below, but then your order depends on which of the $4600 orders are processed first by the exchange. at $4601 yours should be processed before all the $4600 orders.

I am not arguing against it. I like LTC too but I like BTC more and whenever I see good profit, I just want to take it. LTC will lose power against btc in the future, that's when you want to get back in. My original plan was to hodl LTC too but, the money i used to purchase LTC can now buy twice as much BTC, i couldn't ignore that. Sell price: 0.018147 let's see how it is going to play.
