Physical silver is not a bad idea. But i like to diversify. I think you can't go wrong if you diversify into physical silver, physical gold and bitcoin.

Attention! In my country (central europe) there was a higher radioactive exposure after the radioactive rain on the saturday. Apparently Russia had the accident again. Amount of radioactivity in my country was doubled but it's still not very high. But if you want to prevent or lower the risk, here are some foods that protects you from the radioactivity. [...]
is your country and where can you see the data? As far as I understood the "explosion" was limited in time, and currently there isn't any burning core continuously releasing radiation like in Chernobyl or Fukushima. And the winds seems to have blown most of the radiations into the inner Russia, so I supposed no measure is necessary at all for most of eu (like governments stated), but I can't see live data about radioactive isotopes anywhere....
In Slovenia (central Europe) you could find on this national site https://www.radioaktivnost.si/rvo_public/RVO/MapThere was a spike after the radioactive rain. There is no more high exposure but the rain already felt down on the ground. So i wouldn't eat any mushrooms right now Great site! I can't understand almost anything, but seems like the situation is calm now Yep maybe western europe mushrooms are not completely healthy (for some days/weeks), but the risks should be very contained for most of the eu population.

It will be very interesting to watch people trying to use Bitcoin after the global economic system blows up. It's not even a 99% chance, but 100% odds people will laugh at your face and demand real, physical gold, silver, or copper instead. I damn sure will not be accepting any digital shitcoins, nor have I met ANYONE in real life that differs in opinion on the subject.

Note: the cells in the brain don't get replaced when they die.
That's an old myth. It takes four weeks for fresh brain cells, produced in the brain stem, to "travel" to the grey matter cortex of the brain, where they take over active functionality. Scientifically proved by english students about a decade ago, where they put a heavy alcoholic on a "diet" of 1 shot per day. After a month, an increase of intelligence and brain mass (60% !!!) was measured. Also, two and four weeks are typical timespans to automate and integrate newly trained thinking, corrected habits and behaviour and also play a role in the psychological part of drug withdrawal processes.

The brain is obviously not as ultra-malleable as you claim, otherwise serial killers like the BTK killer would simply need to sit around a couple years for their cells to automatically be replaced and they'd no longer by a psychopathic, serial killer. Humans would also not have any discernable type of personality at all and would all just be interchangeable 'units'.

Just buy bitcoins so you could afford a castle in the future. Like this That's like the opposite of a castle. It has an almost infinite amount of entryways, so it's ridiculously insecure. It's more like your standard McMansion that costs stupid amounts of electricity to heat and cool except made of rocks instead of vinyl siding. What even is the purpose of such a building? Someone with a family of 30? And who would spend millions on something like that and not even build a courtyard??? It's literally a standard boomer McMansion. I would probably build the entire thing as a fortified, rectangle-shaped, Trump wall courtyard like a Marriot Hotel:

To store enough silver to afford a castle, you'd need another castle.

You guys thinking small. Why don't you just buy this? Big Scrub IslandLet the imagination flow. Buy yourself 6-7 women as well. Breed Constantly. Build your own kingdom and name yourself XXXXX the first, king of the andals and the first men, protector of the realm etc. Damn thing still hasn't sold. It got the perfect name too. If btc manages to do a 500x run, I am planning to make an offer they can't refuse.

Making the CGT rate the same as the top marginal rate is just stupid.
People claiming CGT by definition (a) are retail punters, (b) do not claim investment losses.
If you make the CGT rate the same as the top marginal rate, no one will claim CGT and everyone will just classify it as trading income, making their investment losses deductible.
Retail investors are dumb as a stick, therefore they lose more than they put in.
If retail suddenly start deducting 100% of their tax losses, this would result in a net tax expenditure.
Putting the CGT threshold up would reduce government tax revenue in net terms, accordingly will never happen
Tell Joe he is dreaming
Dreaming it's still 1955. Forget Yang. He's cool, but wants to give every citizen $1000 a month. If he offered BTC I'd say hell, yeah!

None of these "castles" are defensible against large hordes of murderous, feral, black and brown dindus. If you have rabid monkeys just flying through your 10 foot tall glass windows while you're eating dinner like in the movie 28 days later, it's not a castle.
