Jbreher grand world monetary reset may be coming sooner than later.
Maybe. My preparations have been in for decades. I ain't trying to time this crash. I too see a recession on the horizon. for what I think will be then next recession. Not selling any BTC/Crypto though. I mean a recession is a 20% hit against your traditional investments, I figure 40% hit myself, a deep recession. A 'deep recession' is categorically different from a grand monetary reset. So hell, as coping mechanisms, as my way to stumble through life crutch, what am I going to do next?
Water. (I think this is a major weakness of most preparations. While you can't really move it if you need to move, it can make the difference between being able to shelter in place, and needing to move.) Bullets, Bandages, and Beans. Fitness. Defensible space. Practical skills knowledge. Small denomination real money. I'm american, so pre-1964 coinage (silver) for me. Build a bunker under the house and/or learn how to can veggies?
Sure. Don't just learn - set in a supply.

I know one normal person, let's call him Mr. X . He's feeling ashamed after reading Jimbo's "dozen hours a week "timetable comment. Mr.X gets only 3-4 hours a week for Sin and then there is "Holy week" here and there once in a month.
At first I thought it was a dozen hours a week in a row. Bit much but still doable especially when in the WUV portion of the relationship. Note: You're supposed to sin during holy weeks. In fact you're supposed to sin all the time. Otherwise when you die how can you give God the opportunity to be all powerful and merciful by forgiving your ass? Seriously: A nun? Big deal, little forgive, into heaven. A heathen, now THAT'S an opportunity for God to show how great he is....

Ok, I just took a look at "Wonkette" as an example of ultra-left bullshit media on the level of Infowars. And yeah, it's pretty much the same thing. Although this image is Godly: This woman knows proper opsec for Bitcoin wallets.

1 Bitcoin is still worth more than 1 sex. We can reach sex climax but we still didn't reach bitcoin's climax.
Here’s a question for you guys. (In an alternate life you get a decision) You can have 10,000 BTC now but you have to sign a contract to never have sex again. Oral sex is allowed though. Sign it or not? Oral sex is sex, isn't it? So I guess you mean just no fucking. Ok. I would try to negotiate a better deal. How about 5000BTC for not oral sex ever again... but I can fuck. I think I could sign that. Deal? P.S.:I am assuming BTC is worth the same in that "alternate life". I think I'd take that deal.

Sure. Don't just learn - set in a supply. I"m not that far gone yet for the above. But more power to you. If it gets so bad as I need to do the above, I will 'become' a minimalist and everything goes and it would likely be out of the country for me. Bitcoin would be damn handy under that scenario, bunker-less, I may be But then again, not slamming your viewpoint, I mean looking at the current political climate in the USA and elsewhere, I could come over to your view at any time now.

Pieter Wuille Unveils ‘Miniscript,’ A New Smart Contract Language for BitcoinSmart contracts could soon get a boost in bitcoin as prominent programmer Pieter Wuille has unveiled a new coding language designed specifically for their use.
Posted to the bitcoin developer mailing list Monday, the ‘Miniscript’ language aims to make it easier for programmers to write up “smart contracts” or conditions for spending bitcoins. Programmers Wuille, Andrew Poelstra and Sanket Sanjalkar have been working on the code for roughly a year, Wuille said.
Although it’s been shared around behind the scenes, Wuille said he is now posting it to the email list because it’s now it’s reached “a stage where I’d like to get it some more attention.”
Backing up a bit, “Script” is the smart contracting language in bitcoin, which allows users to specify certain conditions need to be met before the bitcoin can be spent. Say, funds are locked up until a certain time before they can be spent. Or, two people need to sign off on a transaction before the money can be moved, a concept called “multi-sig.”
This programmability is novel when it comes to digital money, since before bitcoin, it wasn’t possible to implement such rules without trusting a bank or a similar type of intermediary in the middle.

In a grand world monetary reset, 'out of the country' accomplishes exactly nothing. Sure, other parts of the world are already closer to subsistence scrabbling than we currently-fortunate yanks, but that only means we have farther to fall, not that the depths will be any worse. Well, after the 'new normal' is established between the prepared individuals, and the bands of nomadic marauders.

I don't think this script will enable full Smart Contract features. to write up “smart contracts” or conditions for spending bitcoins It'll probably be a feature to lock and release/send bitcoins when certain conditions met. I don't see dApps here. (they have no real world use anyway)

Miniscript allows for one to elegantly write Bitcoin scripts in a way that is far more readable. Sure, it's a subset of Bitcoin script, nonetheless it makes the art of programming programmable money a whole lot easier. Check it out here: http://bitcoin.sipa.be/miniscript/

Sign. Contracts can be broken. Bitcoins are non-refundable. At the risk of breaking OpSec, I am likely to take a solo jaunt to Toronto in the next two months. Seriously thinking of inviting you out for a drink (no homo. promise.) I think you Will have an awesome time !! Bob, seriously know, when you come to Belgium..... There is NO other way as having a drink and dinner with me and my GF .....
