I may spare you when shit hits the fan.

Haha. You realize, of course, that you are as impotent as the least of us here, right? The only power is vested in infofront and Theymos.

I am just attempting some dramatic effect, so don't out me  - otherwise I will consider placing you on my "NOT to be spared" list.   Angry Angry

I know you are shivering in your boots, so don't EVEN try faking calmness.   Tongue

http://uk.businessinsider.com/bill-gates-on-cryptocurrency-2018-2?r=US&IR=T

Billionaire philanthropist and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates said no technology has "caused deaths in a fairly direct way" to the extent that cryptocurrencies have.
He said that the ease with which people can anonymously buy drugs is a major problem, and suggested that cryptocurrencies are used to launder money and fund terrorist organizations.
Gates also added that "the speculative wave" around initial coin offerings and cryptocurrencies is "super risky."

Bill Gates is the same guy who said "64 kB should be enough for anyone". Now he denies the quote is legit, but he sure acted like it, failing to endow DOS and the first Windows versions with proper memory addressing.

Bill Gates is also the same guy who thought the Internet, anarchic network of networks as it used to be, would be a passing fad and everyone would just use the Microsoft Network.

Bill Gates is the same guy who can't quote you the price of common groceries found in the store, because he's up in the Ivory Tower along with the rest of the billionaires.

refutes each point he made on reddit
Is there a source on the internet statement? I can see how somebody would conclude that "64 kB of memory should be enough". But the fucking internet?

No.

Who is afraid to piss on the electric fence?

Note:  this trend line is on TradeView for BFX with a non linear scale.   I realize that is non-conventional but it seems to be the line of best fit right now.  Trendline for Bitstamp is higher up.

Bitcoinwisdom puts the trend line much higher for Bitstamp but I have found Bitcoinwisdom less helpful recently.   I think the market is moving to using Tradingview. I don’t understand the difference in perspectives - they really should be the same.

On Bitcoinwisdom it shows us as having pierced the trendline for BFX which seems clearly not matching the market sentiment.

Your link is about the alleged memory quote, not about the internet one.

It wasn't quite as dramatic as calling it a "fad" but he did underestimate its importance and had to revise his book:

bitcoinwisdom has been running on autopilot for over a year, still shows BTC-e at 2546

I have been using Cryptowatch.

This resistance seems to be really heavy. I'm not sure we are going to make it to 11K.

It's not moving. The resistance is heavy for now.

But I think it will be moving up soon for sure.
It's starting to go back and gaining it's strength from a very low drop.
Huge rise will coming coming soon. Wait and you'll see.
