I don't know if you're serious or not. You tend to be serious. But good god, man. Gluten is really not good for you! Anyway, it's really not good for me In this case I'm quite serious. Unless you're part of the tiny minority that actually suffers from real celiac disease, gluten is indeed good for you. It's protein. Peanut butter is also good for you if you don't suffer from a nut allergy. Unfortunately many people have been led astray by pseudoscience books and websites. The kind of people who believe this hogwash are often the same ones who think colloidal silver is a cure for everything and subscribe to holistic medicine while cursing "big pharma". I'll let them turn their skin bluish grey and suffer from malnutrition. I'll stick to a healthy diet of a variety of fresh meats, fruits, vegetables and dairy products, cooked as little as possible. As for "big pharma", they cured my hepatitis-c 2 years ago with 3 months of taking a daily pill with no side effects. Seems they isolated a protein the hep-c virus needs to replicate and developed an inhibitor. Hooray for modern medical science. Sorry to hear you can't enjoy this fine food. Alright, from what I understand wheat gluten isn't really dangerous unless you're a freak like me. But grains generally aren't a great food source. They all contain prolamines that increase intestinal permeability to some extent. In fact the underlying prolamines of most cereal grains are so genetically similar they might as well be wheat. But for the grace of teh gods I can still eat some corn, but I think we both know it really isn't food at all.

I thought you were a steak-protien centric sorta guy.
I guess one could be an consummate carnivore, and have a penchant for pasta besides... I just didn't see that coming.
I'm indeed a serious carnivore but I also eat a wide variety of other foods. I do avoid excess starches and sugars, consuming them only in their natural state with lots of soluble fiber. I eat whole wheat, oats, and nixtamalized maize in moderate amounts. I eat almost no rice. I always eat all the skins of potatoes and other tubers while maybe throwing away the starchy fluff. I don't drink filtered fruit juices. I don't eat eggs, although I can tolerate small amounts if they're diluted sufficiently such as a binder in a meatloaf or in baked goods if there's not too much added. I do make exceptions. I use pure cane sucrose in my coffee and I'll have a small piece of a birthday cake to be polite. I do eat white wheat pasta but the goodness of the extra gluten compensates for the excess starch. I also tolerate whatever sugar is in my dark chocolate. The one carbohydrate I don't avoid is alcohol.

I've started all sorts of vitamins and minerals to supplement all my new deficiencies. L-Glutamine is probably the most interesting. It's supposed to assist in muscle cell repair. I'm all muscle and bone now. I can do 36 push-ups on my toes. Like a monster of energy. Meanwhile, my despair seems to have subsided. I can only attribute this to the B12.

Thank you for the link. Extremely interesting. North Charleston, South Carolina, might be the most misnamed place in America, a path through a weedy, desolate neighborhood with 20% unemployment and a 40% poverty rate. Can I invest in meth labs? Grr. Be serious for a moment, dammit! This is potentially useful to a good number of us here. Boblawblaw? Where you at? I know you've got me on ignore, but this should be very interesting to you too.

Yes, I'm aware that celiac disease is is a real disease, albeit not as common as some would have you believe. That's why I mentioned nut allergies. They're real too. Sufferers can go into into anaphylaxis with even minute amounts. Most people, however can consume nuts and gluten with no ill effects. Sorry to hear about your gluten intolerance.

Maybe you just look down on those who attempt to engage in self-improvement BTC trading practices? I try to share tips with folks, and yeah, I understand that it can be a bit overwhelming to attempt to employ something like I do, or some variation or even some variation that you attempt to tailor to your own situation.
What do you do? Are you going to sell now at 8.000? Did you bought at 5800 ?

Iodine supplements, man. I'm telling you... Also, Rick is going to be super happy when he wakes up, with the way Bitcorn prices are shaping up. Dude has decided he's going to ragequit his job if/when BTC hits $20k USD. I'm hoping Rick gets to quit soon.

Yes, I'm aware that celiac disease is a real disease, albeit not as common as some would have you believe.
In fact the most up to date medical research suggests it's quite a bit more common than some in the processed food world would have you believe. gluten intolerance.
A gluten intolerance, like a lactose intolerance, is characterized by the inability to digest gluten and/or lactose. A celiac disease is when your immune system attacks the protein found in wheat as an invader. It's a powerfully unpleasant experience. Sorry to hear
Thanks.
