The monthly update:

Well then... My doubts have vanished. If history rhymes, 2018 is a new 2014 and I decided to enter the accumulation phase again.

Therefore I changed my job to buy more BTC with more fiat. Am I greedy and who will judge me for this? Buyers of the next wave? Roll Eyes

WAY better than nothing. Though "portfolio cash value" is not the same as USD Fiat on deposit. It could be all on Tesla stock for what we know or any sort of high risk high yield investments. Also it is subject to the solvency of one single small bank. A bit of hedging (in the form of spreading the funds over several well-known banks) would be wise there.

P.S.: Also one single signature from some UNIDENTIFIED person and not even an official bank seal..... It's almost comical when you are certifying almost 2 Billion USD.

Good chances for November to be green...

Any reason why you’re confident of that?

Obviously I’d love you to be right.

The letter is linked from here
https://tether.to/tether-banking-relationship-announced/

Tether has a market cap of $1.77B, this letter confirms the bank has  $1.83B.

It's not conclusive, only a full audit would give that degree of certainty. But it's actual evidence, which is something the Tether arguments have been lacking for many months.

Arr ok, i see what your saying,  last time i checked the tether marketcap was arround 2.3 bn.

Got the cash / not got the cash rumors, have been going for a while ...just very suspicious that this information is released when bitcoin is 20 dollars off the trendline that has existed since January.  This news should be considered short term bearish if we are to take it on face value.  But after being involved with crypto for 7 years now, I can safley say, I trust no news whatsoever,
