To be fair, I don’t expect you to believe NASA if you are a flat earther or think the moon landings were faked.

Flat earther and moon landing can not be linked together. Two different dimension to argue.

The earth is flat for the fools who do not have any idea about how gravity works, who do not know anything about basic physics. But moon landing was/is questionable and a lot of them make sense.

NASA is a big business centre.

I have a general rule not to debate with anyone on the internet who thinks or says:

• the earth is flat

•  the moon landings were faked

• cigarettes don’t cause cancer

That's not how it works.
People are nice but not naive here, they don't send merits just because a guy with 22 posts asked for it.
Post more, you'll receive merits and you'll be able to send them to whoever you want... yourself.

I lease my Mercedes to be honest, I like to drive a new car because I’m a snob. No worse investment (ok maybe BCH or BSV are worse ) than buying a brand new car yourself, as soon as you drive it off the forecourt it starts losing money.

Not many people own a car any way, they have finance on it which isn’t much better than leasing. I suppose you have the car fully paid off at the end as an asset but then it’s old & lost loads of value any way.

Just my opinion though.

Another option is to buy cars with 2-4 years. They are almost new and you buy them at half the price... plus a load of extras if you choose wisely.

I would never lease a car. In fact I am thinking about putting my Mercedes for lease. I don't really use it anyway.

Never, ever, buy cars with lease/mortgage. Not only you will pay full price for a new one, but also around an additional 30% or even more because of compounding interest on that lease (which has way worse rates than a house mortgage). Worst deal ever!

I would only lease if I were FILTHY RICH. So then I wouldn't care about wasting money and would not be tied to it. Poor people, like me, should avoid that and focus on saving or they will always remain poor.

Although its annyoing to not have any sendable merits. Like, I don't care about my own merits, I just wish I could like/dislike some posts to express my opinion on it. (which works with merits atm here)
