Well seriously, it's very necessary to teach the pupils about the blockchain technology.

Question is that do they have qualified teachers (I mean how are you going to set the quality standard)?

Well I can tell you this about how they can do it. In the 90's I walked into my local university and told them I wanted to CLEP the Network Security Degree and they told me that they did not have one yet but that I could write it for them and they would give me an associate Professorship. I said wheres the money (didn't use those words). So I would say they just get an industry expert to write the curriculum. Once they have the Curriculum they can hire to fill the spot if they don't have capable people on hand.

Just tried transferring BTC from @TheRockTrading to @bitfinex using @Blockstream Liquid, the transaction was executed and confirmed in less than 5 minutes, and best of all the amount is confidential to outside observers. Congrats to both exchanges and all other people involved 👏
