Fuck China...The bank of china is saying that they wont' link to bitcoin exchanges...and because it's china, nobody can develop a bank that would be free from the centralized authoritarian rule of the mighty banking system.  

I hope all banks collapse.  Can someone please Fight-Club it and "erase" everyone's debt?

Why do you think it is bullshit? I doubt they would say they had seen a document unless it was true.

1 there was a lot of similar fake news recently.
2 CEOs of Chinese exchanges said they haven't seen any document
3 There is no real proof and no government official to confirm
4 Nobody wants to take responsibility for the news naming himself as the source
5 Chinese government said the previous (similar) news were FAKE

Was one of the 1st things I read this morning, however in the article it does say

"The requirement, which Caixin saw in a document the central bank's headquarters recently sent to regional offices"

Which makes me think that it's not been circulated to exchanges yet.

Also, even if it had hit exchanges, can we really trust them to deliver the information straight away?

I'm as bullish as the next man and not one to troll or spread FUD, i'm simply stating that this should not just be dispelled as "lies" or "rumour" and that it could be true.
