I do fear the general public may think that the images are being stored as a jpeg, where it can be easily clicked on and view like a native image on a computer.

I won't post the full string... but it will still need a front end application that can decode and display that content.
It is up to the end user if they want to generate that image from the code above.
I'm not too sure the legal ramifications, is someone was to include "child pornography". Will that constitute having "child pornography" if you own a full node? is it any different from owning an "AI" that could generate "child like pornography"
