 NYC doesn't have any money anyway; they're always on the verge of bankruptcy and it's only getting worse.  Capital One makes 20 billion a year - I can't imagine they gaf about NYC's paltry deposits.

 You misunderstand.  The city of New York has decided to begin de-banking itself.  The city of New York will freeze its own deposits to Citi (108 accounts) and Key (3 accounts) banks.  This doesn't apply to citizens of NYC.

as for woke or not woke I am not sure what the violations are.  so many ways to be guilty of discrimination many of which have nothing to do with being woke. and of course many are all about woke.
