Hi,

i have problem with my 2x Sapphire RX580 Nitro+ 8GB Hynix rig.

1. I was perfectly dual mine for 1 month 60mh/s ETH + 1150 MH/s SIA, with latest drivers. Suddenly my rig goes green screen, sometimes blue screen. Downgraded drivers to 17.4.3 and 17.4.4, same problem.
But sometimes when I run only eth mining, then works, but not always. And then I can dual mine also, but it is strange that first I need to run eth only mining then close miner and start again dual mine. This is not working always.

2. One more thing, my cards are same and each gives 30.3 mh/s, but sometimes hashrate of one card drops to 27 for few second and returns to 30.3, and then again after 30-60 sec. Second card is stable to 30.3. This started to happen when I put my second card in rig, without that second card first card was also stable to 30.3.

Any help for this 2 problems? :/

Thanks!

to much undervolt or to much overclocked ?  or memory errors (to high)   or your card is broken

Anyone have a bios mod for Asus rx580 8gb dual oc?

I just copied 1:1750 strap to the 1:2000 and i'm hashing now at ~27.5 per card, but power draw is ~140w.

I want to get the much-hyped 30Mh/s or higher!

Thanks!

I build and sell rigs! I also sell ssd clones of the most stable Windows+Claymore+AMD driver combo you'd ever used.

I made a strap for my 570 Red Devils 4GB all running on Hynix. Was able get a solid 29.3 Mh/s on each card, with an aggregate hashrate of ~175 Mh/s, with ~890w.

1050 core, 2000 mem.

Good morning, Smiley

I'm new here and i have one question about the AMD Treiber!

Which driver do we need for a better mining? the new ones, or better "old" ones??

And is better Windows 7 or 10??

I beginning mining fist time with one RX580 8Giga (HY) (BIOS Flash!) and have only 24.5 MH/s!

1350/2200 and nearly 118W

Claymore (Software)

and i try all different "clocks" is possible, more or less i have the 24,5MH/s!

I hope anyone has a good idea!

Thanks so much

Greetings
Luisa

I was able to get my XFX GTS RX 580 8GB to 31 Mh/s!!!!!
31 with Hynix, is that stable? Any memory errors?

I just figured this out like 4 hours ago.  I ran it at 31 for about 30min and didn't get an error.  I ran it at 30 for an hour and didn't get any errors.  Right now I'm dual mining Eth and Sia at 28Mh/s and 830Mh/s respectively.  This has been running for the last 2 hours and it hasn't had any issues.

Edit:  Forgot to add.  These cards have 4GB of Hynix and 4GB of Samsung memory.  Hence why so many people have had issues overclocking the memory on them.

I just found some Gigabyte RX 570s at my local Frys, so I'm going to try those out and won't be able to test the stability of the XFX today.

Used Your help with timmings in my XFX 580, and got 25.7-25.9 ETH & -+ 770 SIA in dualmining, wthout touching clocks and voltages in system (win7).
Unfortunatly any change in Afterburner coses fuckylion memo err and finally crash...pow cons doesnt decrese also... ASIC 73,7...

any idea? ;-)

thx

My rig was working fine but yesterday I was trying to OC with afterburner even more and got a lot rejected shares and freezing in teamviewer.
I went back to old settings but it's not working like it used to... when I turn on miner teamviewer is working like in slow motion...

what may be wrong?

Also, every time I've tried to use Afterburner with a 7-GPU rig, the whole thing crashed after it applied OC's to the 7th card. There must be some limitation there.

Seems we are on the same boat.   Why the 7th card has to be a problem?.   I ended up NOT using Afterburner at all.     Yes there must be an issue there with AB and the RX5xx drivers.   At this moment I set all OC and Undervolt on Claymore even though sometimes cards do not take it right away.   Known issue of Claymore.

Regarding the RX570s, what is the max price you're willing to pay before the card becomes too expensive ? I have an option to buy some 570s Asus Expedition (it's one of the cheapest versions) for about $235 per card. Is it worth it or is it too much for a basic 570 ?

That card can do 27mh/s tops.  Try To find the mini itx
BS.
My RX 570 Expedition oc's hash ETH at 28.5 while dual mining Sia at 453.5. All 14 of them.
Can you share 28.5 roms?asus expedition

Using 1080 Ti and 3x RX 580 on the same rig.

Performance is ok but I cant change the RX580's fan speed. Tried to set it on bios as well but didn't work. Any idea?

Hello. I see shapphire have 2 models of nitro rx 580 4gb

11265-07-20G 1450/1411/2000 Mhz
11265-08-20G  1340 Mhz

The only difference I see was the clock speed, the first one is overclocked and cost more 30$. Anyone knows the real difference between this 2 cards? or for eth is the same results? This cards have good memory chips?
