I have Dual RX 480 8GB, on ETH doing 30-31MH/s, those Samsung aren't best, Monero 800+H/s. Cooling is really awful.

Yeah the ASUS dual fan basic model is pretty bad for cooling compared to the msi armor for example. Anyways, I made a review for the sapphire mining edition (rx470 8g), if you guys want to check it out its on my website. Basic results : 29mhs + 60 lbry, 1100/2085, 0 memory errors, 0.84v about, mem 900mv, 82w reported on GPUZ (didnt check at the wall). Pretty much the exact same as the Nitro 470 series, except, of course, you can resell the nitros....obviously the mining edition has 0 outputs and 180 days warranty.

I release my stable version of RX 570 8GB Hynix Memory Sapphire Nitro + http://www97.zippyshare.com/v/qIiJ4tUg/file.htmlI use this Claymore 10 settings "-cclock 1340 -mclock 1750" and undervolt -96, for about 30.8MH/s ~ 31.0MH/s Eth and Dcr 616.462 Mh/s dual mining.....with no memory errors and securely 60°C - 65°C 24/7. https://imgur.com/a/cecSAhttps://imgur.com/a/Ojav8Use it freely, but I'd appreciate some ETH donation. If for some reason you can't flash this BIOS, just extract 1750 strap and replace your original from 1750 to 2000 strap, then increase MEM max frequency to 1750 Default and Clock 1340 and flash it.

Is there a flip switch on your card like there is on the 290x's you could use. I would check that first.

pretty good if undervolting is your scene. Also, quiet despite the size! you can get from 27.5 to 30mh/s depending on the voltage you want to run at. strap: 777000000000000022339D00CE515A3D9055111230CB440900400600740114206A8900A00200312 0100F292F94273116

I have 6 of Sapphire Radeon NITRO+ RX 580 4GB with Elpida memory. With the beta blk chn compute driver I was getting 25.5 Mh/s per gpu. With latest 17.9.3 driver I'm getting 26 Mh/s per gpu using MSI afterburner settings of Core 1500mhz, Memory 1900mhz, Power limit -20% (stock was only 22 Mh/s). Doesn't handle any core voltage drop at all through MSI afternburner even if power limit returned to 0. BIOS modded with copy 1:1500 to 1:1625, 1:1750, 1:2000 and the 2:1500 to 2:1625, 2:1750, 2:2000. ETH only mining using Claymore miner. Any ideas to get me better than 26??? Seems terrible!

...Doesn't handle any core voltage drop at all...why in the world would it let you undervolt if you run that high of the core clock i have this bios on my 8x Gaming X 4gb elpida cards and they run 29.6 eth 740 dcr @ 140w at the wall. Temps ranges from 58-60C only with 40% fan.

I build and sell rigs! I also sell ssd clones of the most stable Windows+Claymore+AMD driver combo you'd ever used.

Those are some nice results, 31Mh/s + 616 Mh/s at just 1750 memory clocks? I guess u used custom straps for that? 29.8 Mh/s + 65 Mh/s LBRY @1200/2080 is as far as i came on my RX 570 4GB Nitro+

Can you share all your settings. When you say "i have this bios" were you referring to the exact same modifications to your BIOS that I specified? If so, I'm just not sure what else I could do to get the hash rate up ~30. Lowering the core clock and under volting shouldn't make it faster. Mine were also running around 60C albiet a little higher fan speed.

Everywhere I look the following is recommended: BIOS modded with copy 1:1500 to 1:1625, 1:1750, 1:2000 and the 2:1500 to 2:1625, 2:1750, 2:2000 On those exact same cards I am only getting 26Mh/s so let me know how you do and what you end up with.

Inherent fault with XFX RX580 cards - leaking oily substance. Has anyone had this problem with the XFX RX580 8GB GTR-S Black Edition (or any other variant), where an oily like substance oozes out of the card along the bottom edge. I bought 2 of these cards about 4 months ago they are leaking this sticky oily goo. I didn't notice it until a fan failed on one of the cards and I sent it back to the retailer who, initially, said they would not validate the warranty as there was signs of liquid damage (the oily ooze). After phoning them up and having a discusion with them that it look like it was a problem with the card and not me spilling Coke all over it they agreed it was not my fault and gave a full refund, they would have replaced the card but there are none to be had. I've attached a photo of the other XFX RX580, still working, showing the oily goo to a lesser extent than on the faulty card. It's hard to spot on the photo but you can see how it has stained around the screw labled MT202 and the dust sticking to the oil. There is a mention of this happening with Sapphire RX480 cards on this forum.. https://forum.z.cash/t/nitro-saphire-cards-driping-oil/15803/4
