why the heck is shipping for a DX Large $210? ouch
I wouldn't be taking any chances on security and insurance, why should they? The shipping is priced presumably to protect you...

I'm wondering when will the site be open again for another wave of pre-orders? The DX Large looks pretty damn sexy!
Another wave? When was the first one? lol my bad..It was late when I asked that question and it seems I had the impression that I was living in the future. So it's today or never then..hmm..tempting Due to the huge demand, we have decided to start taking orders. Our website will start taking orders starting Tuesday June 18th, 2013 at 9:00 am Pacific Standard Time. For the first 24 hours, only the folks who have signed up for an account on our website before the email we sent out earlier today, would be allowed to place an order. After that anybody would be able to order.

The order numbers started from 430. The order numbers do not increment by 1. I really don't know how this shopping cart software works, but we are using WooCommerce. Reported order numbers from this thread (i skipped most numbers with x's) 43x 441 451 466 468 471 474 479 485 487 489 495 503 508 516 518 521 522 526 530 531 539 544 552 559 571 597 606 646 705 As you can clearly see, the numbers say that the orders DO in fact increment by 1 (Orders 521 and 522. Orders 530 and 531.), so I think TH mistook how their order numbering worked. It's especially obvious when you consider these are just orders from people contributing to this thread. Obviously all the number in between are orders too. Understandable - No big deal to them, big deal only for us drooling customers. They appear to have been correct in saying the first order number was 430 at least Can we also get what you ordered next to those numbers. we might as well find out how who the first batch is lol. Add Order #481 - 5 K16s Being that the next order we have track of currently is 485, we can also rule out the theory that order numbers go by boards (eg. next order after mine would have to be 486). I also received Paypal receipt with a time of 9:01:58, so the likelihood of 480 orders coming before my own is probably pretty low so I would also have to agree that 430 is most likely the starting range, possibly as low as 400 starting number.

Sorry if I'm a bit slow... But why do people keep saying that it's unfair etc with the pre orders? You do pay directly to TerraHash if you use paypal right?

People are saying it would be unfair to reserve an order spot, then not pay for it, then sell that spot to another for a profit, without ever having paid for it. However if TH sorts by payment time, people will likely be ok with it because that wouldn't benefit the repurchaser of the original slot.

I just called them and told them they should post their chip order number on the forum to help appease people's concerns. His response was, "I haven't looked at the forum. I'll look into it." So lets hope for a chip order number here. They were getting slammed with phone calls and visitors yesterday when I visited. I can only imagine the volume of calls/emails/PM's he's getting. They only had two people in the office yesterday. They aren't setup to stay on top of a thread as active as this one.
The chip order PROOF was requested serveral days ago when they were active on the forum... Exactly.

It's easier for me to add orders/chips if you just post your order and not the whole list
