So the paid buyer with order#>540 like 600 may better consider an order cancellation? Terrahash definitely needs to address this concern for all the buyers. So I put together a spreadsheet which predicts whether an order number will fall in the first 10,000, 20,000 or beyond. I've linked to it below. Currently the cutoff for the first 10,000 is between order 465 and 475. The cutoff for the first 20,000 is between order 515 and 540. Terrahash Order TrackingThe list provided in the link is incorrect. For instance, the first order number we have is 434. We don't have any orders numbers 430 and 431. We will be sending an email tomorrow or day after to let everyone know when they can expect their orders to be shipped. You can then decide to keep the order or ask for a refund. Excellent.

You only think difficulty will be 50M at the end of August when BFL is shipping in mass, ASICMiner deploys and sells their second generation blades, and hundreds of thousands of Avalon chips flood the market?

Even if the 430 number is incorrect and the order number is actually 43x it doesn't make that big of a difference. Users who submitted data please review the spreadsheet and confirm your information is correct. If not PM me or post in the Terrahash order thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=238148.0;topicseen

All the Bitcoin/PayPal orders that have not been paid fully will be cancelled today. We have been misquoted, that we will wait 6-7 days. We will wait for 2-3 days for the orders marked as "Bank Transfers", for the transfers to come in.
We still need to know where 'in line' we are. I ordered within the first 20 min and made payment at the same time. If someone that just threw in 20 DX-Large and made a request for bank transfer so that he can sell his 'early orders' eats up all the first 10k avalon chips ahead of me I am certainly not interested in keeping my order. Sorry, but I think a lot of people feel the same way. The largest order we have is 2 DX Larges. We will send an email day after tomorrow to everyone know where they stand. Exactly the info we need. The speculation can stop and we will all know within a few days. Well handled, by Terrahash. That said, I would certainly not jump into a group buy or buy a pre-order unit or anything like it until this info is made public.

Since NO ONE has any damn clue as to what or how they are handling orders. It's freaking circus for now. I wouldn't call it 100% pure speculation. This list assumes that they will fullfill orders by order number and is based completely on order data. They have come out and said they plan to cut out orders off the que that we're not paid for yesterday with the exception of bank transfers. But even that isn't completely clear as to how it will work. I also would much rather trust the order data here than the whatever arbitrary date they could throw in an e-mail. The trust level at the moment isn't extremely high. This data should act as a method of confirming their e-mails unless they wish to make their order data public so dates can be validated by a 3rd party.

That's fair, will be waiting for the email, hopefully it will contain details about if my order is in the first 10k chip. I think everyone should just chill until then no point to speculate needlessly. The order queue issue terrahash already addressed whether we like the solution or not no point discussing further, personally i think it's fine for them to cancel all orders so far after 24 hours if not paid. My only question which i think is critical to receiving the hardware is why the asic chip order still show a status of processing as of yesterday, it's a fact orders placed after terrahash's already have their order status changed to sample chip shipped/ordered etc.. All in all it's a highly speculative bet, terrahash appears to be legit but none of it matters if asic is playing games and we know for a fact they are. Just hope the few batch they eventually do ship will have terrahash in it. Otherwise all this is for nothing.

Based on this latest update in regards to cancelling non bank wire unpaid orders the best case is still the "likley paid chips" column which assumes that all unpaid orders will be cancelled.
In other words the current best case scenario at the moment is orders under 480 will be in the first 10k and orders under 548 will be in the first 20k

Oh, now it makes even more sense to me... sending $79,109.13 up front on 14th of May Cloudhashing sent TH just enough money to purchase another 10,000 Avalon chips on May 14th, right when TH says they would have made a second avalon order. Now comes June and Cloudhashing wants a refund, but TH has no money. The only way to raise money for a refund is to accept pre-orders. Yep, you called it...

Cryption - your assumptions are based on sequential order of invoices (right?), which is not the case. Everyone else - much higher order numbers are going to be in the first batches. don't cancel your orders

Sorry, but I think a lot of people feel the same way. Swede- While I completely respect you and your above statement and enjoy our chats in the trollbox, I find it a bit odd that you take such a strong stance on that, while allowing people that did not pre-register by the cutoff date to purchase units through you. Again, I agree with your statement, but question the hostility you have, as many would see what you did as allowing people to cut the line for personal gain. I know we're all in this for ourselves and our personal gain, but it's nice to see all the cards when someone takes a stance on an issue. I have not paid for any of the additional orders in my queue, as I have lost some confidence in the offer. I'll let my initial purchase stand for the 9 blades, until I see how this unfolds over the next 30 days. Reference: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=234516.0

reply from terrahashTerraHash Inc 10:23 AM (54 minutes ago) to me We can't be sure right now, as we are still waiting for the wire transfers to come in (which can take up to 3 business days, dependingupon where they originated). Once all the wires come in, we will have a better estimate as to when we can ship your order.
this is in reply to my 256 chips #507
