Sorry, I wore my DeepOnion banner for many weeks (not part of the airdrop), but I had to join a new campaign. I'm still holding the onions that I bought.

I don't think so. In my oppinion it holds ist value quite well, but more inportant this coin brings some own value through ist development...unlikely all the worthles ICO coming out those days

My wallet has a weight of 40k. Yesterday it staked twice 1.62 and 1.93 Onions. But this happened after 16 days of staking. Also 2.57,1.44 and 1.43 Onions were staked but not accepted. What I dont understand is how often does this happen? Staked but not accepted? I thought it was a rare occurrence, isn't it? You need to split your weight into blocks of smaller chunks. Please go the the deeponion.org forum and then send your own address your onions using coin control features. Make sure that you have smaller chunks to get better chance of staking. Good luck I remember seeing a video about this. Do you happen to have the link? I've been meaning to try these things, but always put it for a later time due to fear. It would be great to see where that link is, in order to know how to divide the ONIONS in chunks and be able to stake in a more productive way?

. Not all freely given things will lose its value in the future. For me deeponion will not be like that since there is a community behind that supports it. Airdrop recipients have received coins but did not sell it, why? It is because they values it, they know one day it will truely be worth something. Therefore as long as there is the community and the developers who will continue to support and develop DeepOnion then it will last forever despite being freely given.

That is the nature of Airdrop! DeepOnion strategy to start is via Airdrop, Wait after April 2017 and then you perhaps will understand better why of this DeepOnion airdrop, mainly to increase the community members first then the value will increase as a result of it, and of its features!

There other video tutorials too that you can see when you will visit the official DeepOnion forum. Good luck to your staking.

Is there a post about how DeepVault works in terms of the files were stored on peoples computers and not on the blockchain. Basically, If the owner of the file makes changes, the other person that has a relationship with this contract owner, for example, need to trust him about keeping the integrity on the file. in other words, this a not a trustless system until now, right?

Certainly possible in the short term if there are dumpers simply to making a quick profit... but long term it can certainly create lots more value as adoption increases and scarcity increases. This combined with the additional functionality that devs are building in to DeepOnion make it a no brainer

Already is finished the new wallet with the update to deepVault, is a success that will place to deeponion above many crypto, only need to download but my serious question, is the same address of the previous wallet?
In my opinion it was necessary to wait a little longer before placing this update, updating when it was in a exchange with great volume, that would raise the price by a lot.

DeepOnion airdrop is not "free". You are a representative of DeepOnion when you post and your tag serves as an advert. The airdrop also encourages you to post here and elsewhere as a helpful member of the bitcoin community at large, and particularly for the DeepOnion community. HOWEVER, IF YOU CONSIDER THE AIRDROP FREE: Consider many many works of art that started out free, such as John Dies at the End, among many many others. Giving away things "for free" actually gives them a value... and community. Think about this... if it were not for this airdrop would you even know about DeepOnion?

Basically, If the owner of the file makes changes, the other person that has a relationship with this contract owner, for example, need to trust him about keeping the integrity on the file. in other words, this a not a trustless system until now, right? There is a lot of information already in existence about DeepVault. I suggest that you go to the official forums to learn more, as there are plenty of videos and expert guides that will answer you questions to completion. I'll try to make a short stab at the question that you are posing, but I'll admit I'm a tad confused by your wording. Ultimately, if I were to make an important document with critical data stored to it, and uploaded that document to the DeepVault after a signature, etc. was placed on it I could later verify that none of the numbers were changed on that document later. There is no trust required as you have the block and time of the original upload on your 'receipt'. Again, I am making it simple and there are more in depth guides in their appropriate places. My post was just to warn people about something already in place within the DeepOnion system... when you create an address you get 100 subaddresses for "change". To over-simplify, by default when you spend DeepOnion you pay with your entire wallet and then are given back change into a new wallet to increase privacy. Due to airdrop rules about holding onto your coins, you are encouraged to use coin-control features (detailed in the link I posted) to ensure you are within compliance. This is not an issue if you are not part of the airdrop.

Just gave it a read and as expected when I read your articles it's always a good one. I'm also pretty optimistic about DeepOnion, I have a really really good feeling about it. The dev work has been on point and the community around it just doesn't stop

Files Autheticity Guaranteed by DeepVault Use Di1zov5J1vqLoQ9VG4xLRKjU5Z7inPxn8A to verify. I downloaded one image and verified it. Very cool! [/quote] So does this thing work something like Estonian Electronic signature ? I don't know if you guys have heard about it but we have had it for years - it's pretty cool and makes life so much simpler if you need to sign something and you live another side of the globe. https://www.id.ee/?lang=en&id=31008
