thx, hope you success! And if your miner if as the same speed with ewbf(more is better) I will turn to your and pay for it! keep going, man
if you success, you will get rich because so many miner pay for your devfee.
Thx ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Has someone done benchmarks on their hardware? New numbers would be very helpful.

I am mining Zcash with my Nvidia GTX 1060, 4x of them so I too am waiting for a Windows version. So far I am happy with EBWF Cuda Miner but in a world of competition between programmers the one to win surely will be the consumer/miner so I wish you the best and really hope you can do better than the actual miners, Claymore and EBWF.

I don't see any positive difference with EWBF 0.3.4b There is actual hashrate for 1080Ti, 1080, 1070 on EWBF and it more efficient: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F0STDA6v.jpg&t=663&c=Y2ySUeDxfutVvg)

Thx NameTaken, I'm really happy to have independent benchmarks. Concerning the comparison umine. You have to compare on the same hardware / same setup to have solid numbers. If you take a look at NameTaken's numbers you'll see that even on the same rig the gpus perform differently. GPU2 and GPU5 average at about 720 Sol/s while GPU0 and GPU4 average at about 698 Sol/s. However, this doesn't mean that your claim is wrong.

One suggestion I would make is have the link curl or wgetable from the CLI.

Thx, I'm trying to avoid any locking/synchronisation where possible, so I'm currently relying on line buffered output. It's on my todo list now. One suggestion I would make so have the link curl or wgetable from the CLI.

I'm thinking about useful features for miners to come next. If you have ideas pls. post them here. So far I'm thinking to implement: - temperature controller, you can set a temperature, the miner will adjust it's performance to hold the temperature constant. - support for encrypted connection to pools

Perhaps a benchmark mode and API. I noticed the miner doesn't say when it's mining for devfee so I'm assuming it does so in the background?

Devfee is implemented like this. The Miner calculates solutions in rounds. Every 50th round it switches and calculates devfee-solutions so you have exactly 2% devfee. I don't print any information about defvee-shares, since I didn't want to clutter the main UI. If it's desired I will output detailed information about found defvee-shares.

API as in a TCP socket where external program can monitor and/or control the miner. I think having more transparency is good.
