There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Well, for starters, they legally operate there business from within two seperate countries, that being Singapore,  and spain. Those two locations alone in seperate countries are bound to have a variety of properties for investing in.

We as investors are, all the administrative documentation and legal issues will be handled by the company, we just put our REAL token in it, so we share part of the property, and the profits, it's not a difficult concept to understand, we simply use blockchain technology to allow normal people to own a REAL state, before only companies, and rich people could do this.

and, remember, if a lot of ppl need ETH to join crowdfunding, they will buy it and raising the ETH value.

Exactly what I thought. Cryptocurrencies are very volatile so you can expect 20% fluctuations per day. There is no need to worry about REAL ICO because they will invest in real estate (which is one of the safest possible investments)  Wink

A lot of different people investing in one and the same object. As I understand REAL is doing the organizational stuff, keeping a part of the income of the object to pay for for example insurance and maintain costs. After this the investors will get paid.

As I like REAL project I think that these days should be standart for every ICO to bound price with FIAT then we would avoid this discussion about eth price.

although I usually hate to involve fiat into this, I think you may be right here. The instability of ETH is making it hard to do accounting on your investments.
