Hey guys. Just saw this project today and I'm very interested in it. However, when I try to goto the website it refuses to even let me read the whitepaper because I live in the US? I also tried to watch the video to gain more insight but youtube says the video is unavailable now. Did I miss something where it is restricted to americans?
Yes that's right, you need to use a VPN and set yourself to a different country if you want to view the whitepaper or Youtube videos  |

Imo good judgement to comply to regulations. We all saw what happened with the Chinese ICOs who ended up refunding the assets...

So no need to be afraid. Investors from the USA and China coming afterwards, when we are reaching the exchanges. Than Real will get much more than enough money to buy buildings (;

10 million have collected for now, a decent amount for this project, it would be nice to collect more , because real estate requires large construction costs I hope soon come closer this cap

What happens if the platform is buggy? It could have the opposite effect on doubtful investors. |

Hopefully things will pick-up soon, but 10 Mil is not bad for now. |

I like the new approach we're starting to see too, though. Presales used to give smaller investors the chance to get in. Either by proportionally dividing everyone's max buy-in (ZRX, Gimli, Kyber) or by capping the buyin of registered users (ICON)
From what I've seen, Real pre-sale included, is that the pre-sales have nothing to offer for the small investor. They are geared towards the big fish and used to draw the attention of the rest of the investor pool. Real had a huge minimum buy-in for the pre sale. I like the idea of smaller investors being included in the pre sales but the former is much more useful for the business. Maybe, but decentralized projects need to be decentralized. If 1% owns 90% of the coins, that could be damaging for the coin economy. |
