Hmm etherdelta isn't quite the exchange to do some trading on. Most people have hard time understanding how it works. I think it's a better idea to wait for the bigger exchanges to pick this up... Personally i'll just hold my tokens for a couple of years and see then. Its ok Etherdelta but I'm also not a big fan of this exchange. I use keep my tokens on MEW that works for me . All my tokens I buy are for holding because I believe in the projects I buy-in. Same for REAL, just keep my tokens in a safe place. Will use them if I'm planning to buy a house

Etherdelta is decentralised peer-to-peer so the users decide which trading pairs are available. REAL tokens are transferable 7 days after the contribution period, so you can't trade there yet anyhow. I hope they get listed on some good centralised exchanges though. On the site they state they already have a partnership with Gatecoin and are in talks with Bittrex, Liqui and HitBTC. Bittrex would be great!

But it would be really nice to see REAL on Liqui or Binance even.

Profit from renting real estate or from selling. They build and than can lease or sell.
simplyfied: they buy an estate and maintain it (they rent it). Therefor they need to take "management fees" because they do the work. then they take a small percentage of the income as a profit for themselfes. they rest of the income is diveded through the investors No, they ll build estate for investors money, not buy. And than, they can sell or lease estate. As I understand. oh, my bad. but that is even cooler isnt it?

She told me REAL team is not doing the property management but they were discussing terms with a few management companies. So, that would be the opposite of collecting fees for managing the properties. Fees would go to the management company.

Binance is based in Hong-Kong and they are listing a lot of western coins lately while removing the chinese coins, so they will not be affected.

It's definitely worth to follow. Read their white paper, website comments. In my opinion the best in REAL is that they will be paying dividends so you will have constant stream of ETH

Congratulations on the success of the pre-sale. I really feel like this project is THE RE based one to take part in this year, and will set the mold others will try to clone.
This is one of the few projects where the team actually invested in their company, 1/3 mil! This does says something that they are committed to their project. Congrat Real. Wow, didn't know that. That's impressive. Unlike other projects who raise millions so they are set for life salary wise, even if the project itself fails. I am not sure if that is a reliable indicator for success in this environment. If they can make up for their own investment though an ICO, you actually take weight from their shoulders. Not saying this is bad per se, but it can also be a strategic marketing move set up precisely for a successful ICO. Yeah it takes money to make money, but that initial investment shows initiative cos technical they didn't have to do it to have a successful ICO, several other companies had success without it. True. We'll leave it up to the team to prove us either wrong or right. Let's hope for the best

REAL has a good community and quite some hype behind it though, so i do expect some exchanges like HitBTC and Binance to pick it up quickly and Bittrex in the future.

We'll leave it up to the team to prove us either wrong or right. Let's hope for the best I doubt there is any project where there wasnt some initial investments. They have to do research, publicity, programing, maybe hiring staff and so on. Its not hard to do that if you believe in your project and it payed off.
