Funding get slowed last days so probably it won't hit hard cap. But not worrying about it, we are in hands of a very capable team so they would do necessary adjustments.

Yeah but it is no need to reach hardcap at all. Ok, more money means also more possible investments but the team is experienced and will handle this. Also the current raised eth is really a great amount and there is still room for more investors.

Tokens are not transferable yet tho, I guess.

Etherdelta is decentralised peer-to-peer so the users decide which trading pairs are available. REAL tokens are transferable 7 days after the contribution period, so you can't trade there yet anyhow.

I hope they get listed on some good centralised exchanges though. On the site they state they already have a partnership with Gatecoin and are in talks with Bittrex, Liqui and HitBTC. Bittrex would be great!

Bittrex unfortunaly doesn't list many coins lately, almost none at all - regulations are a big issue for them. But it would be really nice to see REAL on Liqui or Binance even.

Will Binance still excist after the whole China debacle? I thought that they are China based?

I really don't know. I've been trying to reach Binance for 2 days now, but to no avail. Guess they are already down, so I'm glad I took all my coins out just a couple of days before. I haven't read anything about REAL being listed on Binance though. I think most (including me) are hoping for Bittrex if I read the comments

Yes that's what i was thinking as well.
According to the OP they have an agreement with Gatecoin? to list the tokens.
Anyway all tokens will be tranferable via etherdelta untill a bigger exchange starts accepting them (eg Bittrex)

It's great that they've raised enough to get the project going. It would've been a shame not to have this project funded, especially since it seems like it's going to succeed.

35K eth is awesome, i hope they keep hold of the funds for a while untill the price of ETH rises again.
With all the FUD that is going on it's actually not such good time to run an ICO.
However we have seen the market crash and recover and correct itself multiple times.

Well they have a great team and a lot of professional advisors, they will know what to do at what time The important thing is that we need to have trust in the project and that the market will go up at some point, but that's just a matter of time.

You could develope this project without crypto, but it would be much more costly. With an eth asset you can easily collect money from people all over the world. Further, you can pay them their yield much easier etc.

Smart contracts, as a RPP holder you will receive payments automatically and most importantly without intermediaries. And on the other way you will choose on which real estate you gonna invest without intermediaries as well

As soon as more and more people aware about the benefits of this technology,  I guess it can replace the current system. Most existent things can gain the benefit from it including Real Estate.

The benefits of using blockchain with real estate (but not just in real estate, anywhere really) are ease of use, decentralization and transparency.
