Bonus is taken from the house edge and every game has a house edge between 3-5% players get returns between 10-20% of house edge earnings

They never post the exact bonus amount and I also can't be sure because I will definitely play in the one month period
For Gold level maybe yes if you don't play in a month you may only get a free reload but for Platinum I'm not sure

I never went into the complications of calculating the bonus. I am happy to get the bonus and never care how much bonus is made on platinum and gold membership.

You are giving much priority to your gambling account than your personal details! I don't think anyone will submit his KYC details to a casino to make an extra layer protection for his account. Where did you get information or where you heard about it?
As long as I know there is no wager target to get coupon monthly bonus, there are some users that I know (personally) with low VIP rank (gold and below) but they always get reload even if they wager few thousands $ during 30 days before the monthly bonus come.
