Congrats on completing Round 2 of the pre sale!


I love the blockchain usage but not sure I understand how ParagonCoins will be used outside of the physical spaces.  It says you will create a marketplace, but says you connect to dispensaries, so will it allow online transactions to buy cannabis?  Would the buyer still have to go in person to pick it up?

Probably not on both questions. I think they won't allow US citizens , but won't check in depth to see if your are one.

There's more and more countries regulating ICO's because of the securities qualification. China recently, now Korea and Hong-King are making some statements about it.

We'll surely see some changes in the ICO market really soon.

China's ICO news, the correct interpretation of the individual is not affected.
Only for ICO365 and other service platforms, prohibit ICO service agencies trading platform and other investment behavior.
Only ICO service platforms registered in China are affected
For the paragon, this does not have any effect, in fact, Chinese residents can participate in paragon.
Do not oppose the personal behavior of the residents

They are not even giving bounty. They have just a signature campaign just paying %5 for referral nothing more.

But they sold out two part of pre-ico with very high contribition limit and lots off investor waiting in the line.


So i can say that, an airdrop is looking like impossible for paragon.

I just read that in the Netherlands cannabis isn't really legal but tolarated. Every Coffeeshop can have up to 500g and sell up to 5g to individuel customers. But the production and wholesale is still more or less illegal, so that the shops have to buy it "illegal"?

Is it true? Can someone confirme it?

If this is true, PARAGON is also in areas like the Netherlands useful, to get everything on a legal basis 

I can confirm this statement, but most likely it was mine to begin with 

If i'm not mistaken you're allowed to grow like only 3 plants for personal use, so that means that coffeeshops who have to buy lots of weed, need to buy it from people who illegaly grow lots and lots of plants (aka criminals).

so, the paragon will make it fully legal on netherland first? or on america first?

Who knows? It is not Paragon alone who need to legalize it, it is also a matter of the gouvernment of a country, which needs to pass bills to legalize something.
If they are slow, or have doubts, it could go slow and then you don't know which country will start.

maybe, dev need to focus on medicine program with cannabis, cause it will easy to approve with goverment.

Signature campaign is already happening but it's not paying you some coins, it's paying you a share for who uses your referral to invest.
They are trusting their ico that they are not paying huge bounties.

But imagine now somebody uses ur referral link in pre sale. Now you would get 500$ since 10k is minimum and in first stage you would get more than twice that. Not bad for a bounty campaign

PARAGON will start in European countries, they are more tolerant and liberal, and from there they will slowly expand; i think the medical uses of cannabis will be one of the first arguments PARAGON will use for its proejcts, so they will have less issues when obteining a license, with time they could get to the recreative uses of it, hey have a plan, lets trust in them .

Actually this news is very good for paragon. Chinese investors can't invest in their ico (because there will be none) and they will look for good icos out of china. A good project like Paragon could get lots of chinese whales.

That's exactly what I thought. Chinese investors still want to invest in ICOs so they will be focusing on different markets and Paragon can heavily benefit from this 

Dont think that Chinese will wanna invest to US medical weed industry, but one can only dream right 

Why do you think Chinese people don't want to invest into cannabis industry related startups or ICOs? For example checkout David Yee or other Asias Marijuana angel investors. Smart people invest in everything with a huge ROI. Your statement implies that Cannabis is bad thing. But it can also be seen as a great option for many sick people to reduce pain or heal depressions.

It's, in my opinion, the best first step they can go in most of the countries. To legalize for medical aspects is the one point which will be easiest to become accepted, after that it's probably much easier to go on and legalize cannabis like alcohol or tabacco.
