I like the business case. It is well known, that cannabis can help a lot of deseases. To develop such centers, where it gets controlled will help a lot of people. It is not only for cancer but also for a lot of people who have torett syndrom or also very well known by people, which are suffering from drastical pains. Great business case and good job! I am not 100% sure about IOTA, as I have heard not so good things about it from a management POV. But we will see, how this is going to work out.

Which aspects do you have in mind?

Renting out real estate isn't their only activity as i see it. It is also legal advice/consulting, marketing, research, offering the technology to track the entire supply chain of Cannabis. If you want to boil it down, it is everything the Cannabis industry needs to become a professional legal product.
