If u get a bitcoin as a gift, that person is an idiot or I am very close to them. Because bitcoin is such a precious and valued thing. Its prices are increasing daily.. Has high potential economically.
And bitcoin is a one time investment.
Well if I get It from someone I will keep it and use it when I need money or when I find that it's right time to spend it.
And if I give it as a gift, that that person will be very close to me..

I would put that into altcoins right away.
That is actually a wonderful gift but most people would not appreciate it and would rather buy materials or something physical
Like a car or purse or shoes.
Altcoin is really worth to risk with because you never know when it is going to be sky rocketting. Since this is free money from someone may be you should try to put it on altcoin, new altcoin will be better because this price is going to be fluctuative and you can easily get the profit as well Who will refuse such a valuable coin as gift and more of the world wants that they receive expensive gifts and this is one of them and it can be used anywhere to make use of it, but before gifting it to someone one need to explain each and every aspects of bitcoin to the next person so that he or she can use it sensibly and can also make money through it. |

If i had the lucky to had received 1 bitcoin from someone, sometime ago i would only consider two things, invest or use it into trading trying to grow it, or i would hold it since it has a huge potencial to keep growing over the next years. Unless you need money to pay something you shouldnt consider to use those coin just to exchange, and because it had crossed a value you werent expecting.

It would be awesome if i will receive one bitcoin from someone. Nowadays, the price of one bitcoin is too high. So, i will not covert it right away to fiat money instead, i will invest it to a bitcoin related company for it to grow so that i can have money in the future. Being patient and smart with the bitcoin you have will lead you to success. |

if they give me a gift of 1 bitcoin ill buy some altcoin to make a massive profit and to give them also a 1 bitcoin as a gift also. another thing is i will hold that bitcoin and sell it when bitcoin become 100k$ each. |

I think Scalping will be my strategy on this. I will not convert it to cash right away. What I will do is to make that bitcoin grow or earn interest. Maybe a good 6 months to one year will do. Then convert it to cash. Withdraw the earned interest. Maybe invest it in other altcoins pf course potential altcoins for that matter. Then deposit again to bitcoin for another episode of scalping. |

Save and hold is also a good idea but actually I think we will not get too much profit in the future because I feel the price of bitcoin is high, it can still increase in the future but the price increase will not be the same as in the past. If I were you, I would save and hold half, the other half I would use to trade, you may feel this is very dangerous but what you can get is you will have more bitcoin, the future of your children and grandchildren will be better than ever, life needs adventure to achieve bigger things |

One Bitcoin as a gift? That's grace! Having only 1 Bitcoin entails you to have a good asset already. If someone could just give me a bitcoin, I will definitely wait until the value of it becomes double, tripple or so. However, depending on the circumstance, I might encash some of it to be used for something else that is important and urgent. But if not, I'd rather it stay on my bitcoin wallet and allow it to gain more value. Such a good thing to think that someone is so eager to give for free! |

Yes, if I get that BTC, I think I will treat it as a priceless gift and keep it in my purse. Because without it, I still live well and I see it as a cumulative asset because Bitcoin increases monthly, year by year. This will definitely be useful for my later life

You can sell it if you are not interested in bitcoin. But if you know what is bitcoin, you can sell and invest with half of it. You can also trade with rest of bitcoin. It is a common reality that bitcoin is very essential gift for everyone. Therefore you can add value to substantial gift. |

if I get 1 btc as a gift from someone I will invest and use it for trading in order to gain profit then I will keep it anyway Getting bitcoin as a gift is one of the best thing and if I receive it will hold it for the long term and then sold it when m desired price rate come and after that things are going to easy for me, still bitcoin is unknown to some areas and if one gift it to someone else then he must tell the next person about its benefits so that he can get maximum out of his gift. |
