I didn't do any editing.  I'm not making any claims yet.  Everything looks bad thus far.
Anyone who can get to their balances and can see their btc deposit address can simply follow it.
It is an open ledger.  BTW they most certainly use multiple btc addresses so 66 transactions doesn't rule them out of that address.

Where is your proof this is legit?  Why do they not allow withdrawals?  Why is their email dead?  Why hasn't an administrator taken one minute or even 30 seconds to post here?

As they said, they are migrating servers...why would have they invest on DDOS protection a few days ago, if it was for leaving with coins???

So just wait patiently, like everybody Smiley

They didn't invest in anythign few days ago Smiley
Cloudflare was there for longer than few days Smiley
Besides, seriously.. buy cloud service for few weeks, not a big problem.

Any other ddos protection you have in mind? Smiley or just rumbling about cloudflare haha Cheesy

The data is still there i have logged in and my balances are still showing, but then it crash etc

all the data is on the new servers etc the withdraw.php reg.php files etc

to stop people adjusting data registering etc until they can fix it.

as there is no contact i cannot advise them of this fix.

someone in US needs to contact cloud flare support  https://www.cloudflare.com/

and explain to them we want to use this site and they may be able to contact coinsmarkets.

coinsmarkets can be fixed and this is how

disable cloud flare security software or tweak the settings at least.

as soon as they do this it will be live and showing and use able for us all.

The security software is blocking legitimate traffic to their website with too many rules causing these problems.

i have had this problem before and had to disable the security software.

Well... why then when eventually you login to the site.. which is possible after few refreshes.. .cloudflare will connect you to live server... when you try to withdraw money you get:

Not Found

The requested URL /withdraw.php was not found on this server.

this is not information from cloudflare.. this file has been removed from server... clodflare will not fix that.. as it is not cache for php scripts.
besides... we are not cloudflare customers paying for coinsmarkets.com domain protection, so can't command cloudflare to do this or that.
that can be done by authiorities, but people are busy bragging in chatbox... that should be reported to authorities in Netherlands based on whois info for domain... I'm not dutch and don;t know language, so small chance I can do it.
Others not interested, so ... let's wait and see.

As of now we can assume that. As we can't transfer anything and withdraw.php has been removed from server.

it only makes common sense to remove withdraw, register files when moving servers.

this is common,, everyone does it.

the last thing you want is people registering on old server and uploading funds when you move to new one.

same with withdraw.

Everyone redirects people to maintenance webpage when doing server maintenance.. that is common.
unless you introducing new practice in IT... for sure not allowing people randomly login to system.
Not sure where you have those "best practices" from, but for sure not from IT world.

Seems like there is a lot of disagreement regarding if this is a scam or not.... I honestly have no idea, but I have a very bad feeling about this. Several days  the exchange have been down so on... I do have some funds there (nothing major) but it still would suck to lose it all. For all the people having a lot of coins on this exchange this has to suck for real  Undecided

Well, I did read on the website of Cloudflare that if the server is not correctly configurated (that is - IP Range of cloudflare Whitelisted) it might decline most legitimate connections as DDOS because all come from a few IP.s

Tried to get this information across to Coinsmarkets by E-Mail yesterday.. After 24 hours G-Mail informed me that no e-mail get through, but they will try to deliver it for another 47 hours...

So maybe the DDOS-Protection is really the problem, but CM is to autistic to consider other than hardware problems... Sad

Yes, they could be offline because they are migrating to new servers due to scaling. They have some problems every now and then but they are definitely not scammers. Give them time before flooding helpdesk with redundant tickets.  Wink

I can understand the developers if they have a really serious problem with which it is difficult for them to cope. And I understand that they would not like that during their work in front of their office there were people with placards and shouting that it's a scum!
They often update the information on the site top and in the bot in the chat. Twitter is probably not created by them.
Just be patient.
