Hey, everyone! I still don’t get how exactly awrokers are supposed to recommend employees for different vacancies. The information from the white paper isn’t enough. Can someone help me to get to the bottom of things.
There was a webinar form the co-founder of Awoker. He explained some features. It is useful but only if you know Russian language. It other case you can just take a look on the Aworker application and it can become clearer to you. Everything is getting clearer in practice.

It is exactly what I mean. You can a find an interesting and talented but inexperienced worker, but you need to spend a lost of time and money to make him/her better. Employers can spend $8000 for a middle management.
