Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

The assessment by the employer will lead to subjectivity since the factor of personal attitude will influence the evaluation.

This is what we need Blockchain technology for. For finding trustable companies and trustworthy candidates.

A subjective evaluation in a good way, of course, is part of our concept. Other conditions being equal, nobody can evaluate an employee’s soft skills better than his/her own employer. Any customer’s evaluation turns out to be subjective too.

I agree with you up to a point, but in blockchain we decentralize information to achieve objectivity.

We will add objectivity to our Ratings by measuring KPIs.
