This is what we need Blockchain technology for. For finding trustable companies and trustworthy candidates. There is still the malignant human factor. Subjectivity remains there. |

A subjective evaluation in a good way, of course, is part of our concept. Other conditions being equal, nobody can evaluate an employee’s soft skills better than his/her own employer. Any customer’s evaluation turns out to be subjective too.
