As far as I see today's recruitment market lacks a reliable system showing specialist’s performance and assessment throughout the whole career rather than when he/she quits a job.
It's really so, because all the positive referencies are given when a candidate is leaving a company. A former employer does not provide any relevant information about a specialist...

It's really so, because all the positive referencies are given when a candidate is leaving a company. A former employer does not provide any relevant information about a specialist... We want to create a reliable system showing specialist’s performance and providing assessment throughout his/her whole career. Of course, people quit their job for many reasons... However, we believe that in most cases it's the company’s fault and that any employer can prevent employee turnover with our help.

Now we are placing emphasis on competency-based grading system instead of performance check. Please, feel free to ask more questions and we will clarify what we mean by that.

KPIs will be included in our long-term development plan. By now we have come up with a more realistic strategy for grading employees.

Our Rating will be based on a worker's - communication skills shown during the month;
- attitude to work during the month;
- support given to his/her colleagues during the month.
